发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池盖及其盖片,可以克服操作繁琐、排气难、盖片易脱落弯翘的不足,具有操作简单、易排气、防止盖片脱落弯翘的特点。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种蓄电池盖及其盖片,包括蓄电池盖和盖片两部分,其特征在于,蓄电池盖上面的长方形盖片槽四角设置有“L”型卡槽,横向中心线上设置有连接注液孔的排气凹槽,中心处有圆柱形扣柱;长方形盖片一面的四角上有配合“L”型卡槽的卡扣,中心处有配合圆形扣柱的圆形空心套柱。操作时,将盖片上的卡扣和套柱对准蓄电池盖盖片槽上相应的卡槽和扣柱,下压,使蓄电池盖及其盖片结合紧密即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种蓄电池盖及其盖片,具有操作简单、易排气、防止盖片脱落弯翘的优点。

操作时,将盖片结构示意图图2中盖片7上的卡扣8和套柱9对准蓄电池盖结构示意图图1中蓄电池盖1的盖片槽2上相应的卡槽3和扣柱4,下压,使蓄电池盖1及盖片7结合紧密。当蓄电池内部产生气体时,气体从注液孔6中溢出,并顺着蓄电池盖局部放大图图3上的排气凹槽5排出外部,使得盖片7不会因为气体的压力而脱落弯翘。
