本实用新型涉及蓄电池,更具体的为一种蓄电池盖片及其上盖的组合结构。 
背景技术
目前,国内密封式胶帽阀蓄电池采用的排气控制方式多是蓄电池上盖与盖片分体组合结构,内部气体排放的方法一般是:在蓄电池上盖粘贴的盖片凹槽内设置排气槽连通各排气阀,并最终通过排气槽尾端的排气孔排出,但蓄电池上盖结构紧密,设计开发模具难度大,且利用ABS胶粘贴蓄电池盖片时容易堵塞排气槽,导致排气性差,生产效率低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池盖片及其上盖的组合结构,可以克服模具开发难度大及排气堵塞的不足,具有结构设计简单、成本低廉、操作效率高、排气性好的特点。 
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种蓄电池盖片及其上盖的组合结构,其特征在于,蓄电池盖片一面上有两条平行的长方形排气凹槽,排气凹槽可以连通蓄电池上盖上的排气阀,蓄电池上盖的盖片凹槽一端有凸出的两个排气孔;蓄电池盖片上还有两个柱形扣柱与蓄电池上盖上的扣孔相配合。 
进行蓄电池盖片及其上盖配合时,将蓄电池盖片带有排气凹槽的一面对应蓄电池上盖上的盖片凹槽,将扣柱嵌入到扣孔中,此时,排气凹槽连通各排气阀,当有气体从排气阀中逸出时,气体顺着排气凹槽经过排气孔排出。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种蓄电池盖片及其上盖的组合结构,具有结构设计简单、成本低廉、操作效率高、排气性好的优点。

具体实施方式 
在图3实施例中,将图2蓄电池盖片带有排气凹槽(5)的一面对应图1中盖片凹槽(1),将扣柱(6)嵌入到扣孔(3)中,此时,排气凹槽(5)连通各排气阀(2),当有气体从排气阀(2)中逸出时,气体顺着排气凹槽(5)经过排气孔(4)排出。
