本实用新型属于方型锂离子电池制备领域,特别涉及到一种闭口化成的盖板。
背景技术
从目前世界对于移动工具能量供应来看,使用二次电池代替传统的化石类不可再生能源正在慢慢成为发展的主流,而在所有二次电池中,锂离子电池因其高的能量密度以及比目前其他所有二次电池更长的使用寿命使其自然成为车用二次电池的首选。但是锂离子电池对水分很敏感,水与电解液发生反应,形成氢氟酸,氢氟酸破坏负极表面的SEI膜,使电池的性能不断的恶化,所以在锂离子电池的制备过程中对水分的要求特别苛刻,特别是化成阶段,目前方型锂离子电池在化成阶段都是开口化成,主要是因为化成阶段产气,开口化成便于把气体排出。开口化成一方面对电池化成车间水分的控制要求比较严格,另一方面很难避免化成过程水分的进入。

本实用新型提供一种可以闭口化成的盖板,解决化成过程化成车间化成对水分的控制要求,降低水分的影响。

闭口化成的盖板,包括平板,其特征在于:所述的平板的左侧安装有电池正极,右侧安装有电池负极,所述平板的左、右上方均设有小孔,所述平板的中心还设有开孔,所述的开孔上设有防爆膜。
所述的闭口化成的盖板,其特征在于:所述的左上方小孔为开口的,右上方小孔为薄膜焊接的封闭口,两个小孔的直径均为1.5mm。
所述的闭口化成的盖板,其特征在于:所述的薄膜为铜箔或铝箔。
闭口化成的方法方法为:注液后,利用钢珠把左上方小孔密封,点胶、固化;小孔密封后,直接去化成;化成后,把右上方上的小孔的薄膜扎破,排气、整形、封钢珠,然后点胶、固化。
本实用新型的优点:
本实用新型结构设计简单,封口化成,电池化成车间不用对水分控制,降低了生产过程成本;同时降低了水分对电池的性能影响。

实施例:如图1、2所示,闭口化成的盖板,包括平板1,平板1的左侧安装有电池正极2,右侧安装有电池负极3,平板的左、右上方均设有小孔4、5,平板1的中心还设有开孔6,开孔6上设有防爆膜。
左上方小孔4为开口的,右上方小孔5为薄膜焊接的封闭口,两个小孔的直径均为1.5mm,薄膜为铜箔或铝箔。
