背景技术
铅酸蓄电池组是由多个单体铅酸蓄电池串联组合成电池组使用的,在使用过程中会产生铅酸蓄电池组中部分单只铅酸蓄电池性能降低的现象,业内人士称之为“落后电池”,特别是深循环使用条件下,产生这种现象的概率大大增加,使得铅酸蓄电池普遍使用寿命不长。经过对“落后电池”各单体进行解剖测试分析,结果表明绝大多数铅酸蓄电池组产生“落后电池”的原因是铅酸蓄电池中有一个或者多个单格性能下降而造成的。要实现蓄电池各单元之间的智能平衡,需要放置智能平衡电路板。但是现有的铅酸蓄电池要么在各单格放置一块平衡电路板,要么需要放置一块覆盖整个蓄电池槽的平衡电路板,这两种方式实现起来比较困难,于是便改变蓄电池槽的内部结构,将跨桥极柱以及跨桥设置在中央,将平衡电路板放置在上面。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供蓄电池上盖,能够与蓄电池槽很好地配合,便于密封,增强蓄电池的可靠性。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:蓄电池上盖,包括上盖主体,所述上盖主体背面中央设有智能平衡电路板安装槽。配合设在在蓄电池槽中央的智能平衡电路板的安装。
作为优选,所述智能平衡电路板安装槽的两侧设有若干跨桥安装槽。配合设在在蓄电池槽中央的跨桥的安装。
作为优选,所述上盖主体的正面设有插片槽,所述插片槽上设有卡接凹槽。卡接凹槽与插片上的卡接凸块配合,插片插入插片槽后就不易掉出了。
有益效果:
本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供蓄电池上盖,能够与蓄电池槽内的智能平衡电路板以及跨桥很好地配合,便于密封,增强蓄电池的可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,蓄电池上盖,包括上盖主体1,所述上盖主体1背面中央设有智能平衡电路板安装槽2。所述智能平衡电路板安装槽2的两侧设有若干跨桥安装槽3。所述上盖主体1的正面设有插片槽4,所述插片槽4上设有卡接凹槽5。如图3所示,结合图2,上盖主体1与蓄电池槽6配合,上盖主体1中央的智能平衡电路板安装槽2与蓄电池槽6内的智能平衡电路板7配合,上盖主体1中央的跨桥安装槽3与蓄电池槽6内的跨桥8配合。实际安装时,将上盖主体1的背面朝上,并在智能平衡电路板安装槽2内放置密封胶,再将蓄电池槽6倒扣在盖主体1上进行配合安装。

3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池上盖,其特征在于:所述上盖主体(1)的正面设有插片槽(4),所述插片槽(4)上设有卡接凹槽(5)。
