随着汽车的大量普及，汽车的种类款式也大大增多，顾客对于汽车内饰品质的要求也越来越高，无论从舒适度和外观都要达到一种完美的效果，改进前的仪表板与中央盖板匹配间隙过大，影响了产品的美观，使产品整体看起来不是很和谐，经过原因分析，发现是在冲切过程中仪表板骨架强度太低，冲切时骨架弯曲，仪表板表皮尺寸增大，导致了在装配时中央盖板和仪表板本体间产生干涉，造成了间隙。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种仪表板的中央盖板，以解决仪表板骨架强度低的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是：在中央盖板骨架上固定连接加强筋。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖，在中央盖板骨架上增加加强筋，这样就保证了在冲切的时候骨架不再变形，控制了相对尺寸，解决了仪表板本身设计存在的强度低的问题，消除了因中央盖板间隙不好产生的废品，提高了产品的质量，让顾客在视觉上达到满意的效果。
