背景技术
曲轴箱体是发动机等动力装置的重要部件,起容置曲轴、凸轮轴、连杆及活塞等发动机内部构件的作用。通用的曲轴箱体均具有曲轴箱本体,在曲轴箱本体上设置曲轴轴承孔,该孔中压装轴承,以支承曲轴。由于轴承为高强度钢件,而曲轴箱本体为铝制件,曲轴箱本体铝件的耐磨性较差,与轴承外圈长期摩擦,容易造成曲轴箱本体上的轴承孔孔壁磨损,极易导致曲轴箱本体损坏,缩短了曲轴箱体的使用寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种耐磨性好、使用寿命长的曲轴箱体。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种耐磨曲轴箱体,具有曲轴箱本体,在曲轴箱本体上设置曲轴轴承孔,其关键在于:在所述曲轴轴承孔中镶嵌有圆环形金属嵌件。
优选的方案是,所述金属嵌件为铸铁件,并与曲轴箱本体通过压铸成型。
优选的方案是,所述金属嵌件的厚度为9.8-10.2mm。
有益效果:本实用新型通过在曲轴轴承孔中增设铸铁嵌件,且嵌件与曲轴箱本体压铸成型,一方面加工制造容易,另一方面;曲轴箱本体不与轴承直接接触,而是通过嵌件与轴承摩擦,耐磨性好,能够避免轴箱本体上的轴承孔孔壁磨损,有效延长了曲轴箱体的使用寿命。

如图1所示,耐磨曲轴箱体,具有曲轴箱本体1,在曲轴箱本体1上设置曲轴轴承孔,该曲轴轴承孔的位置以及曲轴箱本体1的结构与现有技术相同,在此不做赘述。在所述曲轴轴承孔中镶嵌有圆环形金属嵌件2,该金属嵌件2优选为铸铁件,也可以是硬度相当或者更高的其它金属件,并且金属嵌件2与曲轴箱本体1通过压铸成型,金属嵌件2的厚度为9.8-10.2mm。

1.一种耐磨曲轴箱体,具有曲轴箱本体(1),在曲轴箱本体(1)上设置曲轴轴承孔,其特征在于:在所述曲轴轴承孔中镶嵌有圆环形金属嵌件(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨曲轴箱体,其特征在于:所述金属嵌件(2)为铸铁件,并与曲轴箱本体(1)通过压铸成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨曲轴箱体,其特征在于:所述金属嵌件(2)的厚度为9.8-10.2mm。
