本实用新型特别涉及一种电动汽车电池组装卸装置。
背景技术
目前电动汽车使用的动力电池主要为铅酸电池，铅酸电池重量大，人工搬运费时费力，且疲劳搬运有脱手的安全隐患，尤其铅酸电池需成组安装在电动汽车上，整体重量靠人力搬运更是无法完成，需要更换电池组时只能逐个断开电路连接线，进行人工逐个搬运，工作效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种结构简单、使用方便，能够实现电池组的整体搬运安装，省时省力，工作效率高的电动汽车电池组装卸装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它有一个用于放置电动汽车电池组的箱体，在箱体上面设有上盖，在箱体壁上设有导线穿孔，在箱体两侧沿其纵向对称设有两对吊环，在位于箱体一侧的两个吊环上分别通过吊钩连接有提梁。
上述的电动汽车电池组装卸装置，在箱体四周壁上均布有多个散热条形口，以利于电池组散热。
上述的电动汽车电池组装卸装置，在箱体两侧对应吊环下方分别设有挂板，所述的吊环铰接在挂板上端。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、使用方便，将电池组放置在箱体内通过叉车叉入提梁能够实现电池组的整体搬运安装，省时省力，工作效率高，搬运到位后摘下吊钩便可取下提梁，通过固定箱体便可实现对电池组的固定，更换时只需挂上提梁即可使用叉车搬运，大大降低了劳动强度，便于装卸。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本实用新型有一个用于放置电动汽车电池组的箱体1，在箱体1上面通过螺栓固定有上盖6，在箱体1壁上设有导线穿孔101，在箱体1的四周壁上均布有多个散热条形口102，以利于电池组散热。在箱体1两侧沿其纵向对称设有两对吊环3，在位于箱体1同一侧的两个吊环3上分别通过吊钩4连接有提梁5。在箱体1两侧对应吊环3下方分别通过螺栓固定有挂板2，所述的吊环3铰接在挂板2上端的挂钩内。
安装时，将电池组放置在箱体1内，将每块电池的电源线连接好以后由导线穿孔101穿出，通过叉车货叉7叉入箱体1两侧的提梁5便可实现电池组的整体搬运安装，搬运到位后摘下吊钩4便可取下提梁5，通过电池固定装置固定箱体1便可实现对电池组的固定；更换时只需松开电池固定装置再挂上提梁5即可使用叉车搬运。

1.一种电动汽车电池组装卸装置，其特征是：它有一个用于放置电动汽车电池组的箱体，在箱体上面设有上盖，在箱体壁上设有导线穿孔，在箱体两侧沿其纵向对称设有两对吊环，在位于箱体一侧的两个吊环上分别通过吊钩连接有提梁。
