背景技术
传统的压铸机夹模装置采用码模夹固定螺丝，大机换一套模具需松开及拧紧十二套码模夹螺栓，效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速夹模装置，以解决现有技术中压铸机夹持模具的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种快速夹模装置，包括推进油缸、快速卡板及快速夹紧杆，所述的快速卡板一端与推进油缸相连，另一端与快速夹紧杆相连，所述的快速夹紧杆与模具相连。
所述的快速夹紧杆通过斜形滑面夹在快速卡板的端部。
推进油缸用于推动快换夹紧杆前进及后退；快速卡板：通过快速卡板的左右运动，使卡板的斜形滑面拉紧或松开夹紧杆；快速夹紧杆用于连接模具，与快速卡板斜面滑动配合而达到夹紧模具的目的。
有益效果
本实用新型采用快速夹模结构，可以节省时间，提高工作效率。

如图1、图2所示，一种快速夹模装置，包括推进油缸1、快速卡板2及快速夹紧杆3，所述的快速卡板2一端与推进油缸1相连，另一端与快速夹紧杆3相连，所述的快速夹紧杆3与模具相连。所述的快速夹紧杆3通过斜形滑面4夹在快速卡板2的端部。
操作时，推进油缸1用于推动快换夹紧杆前进及后退；快速卡板2：通过其的左右运动，使卡板的斜形滑面4拉紧或松开夹紧杆；快速夹紧杆3用于连接模具，与快速卡板2的斜面滑动配合而达到夹紧模具的目的(图1中的附图标记5为模具面)。

1.一种快速夹模装置，包括推进油缸(1)、快速卡板(2)及快速夹紧杆(3)，其特征在于：所述的快速卡板(2)一端与推进油缸(1)相连，另一端与快速夹紧杆(3)相连，所述的快速夹紧杆(3)与模具相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速夹模装置，其特征在于：所述的快速夹紧杆(3)通过斜形滑面(4)夹在快速卡板(2)的端部。
