本实用新型涉及一种装夹器械，具体是一种卷料固紧装置。
背景技术
卷料大都是卷在一个卷芯上，使用时将卷芯放置在机架上，这种结构卷料难以实现主动放料；也有把卷料的卷芯做成空心的，使用时将转芯穿置在转轴上，由转轴带动卷料的卷芯转动，实现主动放料，上述结构存在着卷料的卷芯与转轴固紧装卸难的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷，提出一种装卸方便的卷料固紧装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：本实用新型的一种卷料固紧装置，它包括转轴与挡板，其特征在于转轴上有滑筒，滑筒外用连杆连接顶块，滑筒用螺栓连接在转轴上。
本实用新型的卷料固紧装置，使用时拧紧螺栓，滑筒向内移动，顶块碰到挡板向外张开，实现转轴与卷料的卷芯之间的装料固紧，松开螺栓，滑筒外移，顶块收拢，即可卸下卷料的卷芯。因此，本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便的特点。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的一种卷料固紧装置，它包括转轴4与挡板1，其特征在于转轴4上有滑筒5，滑筒5外用连杆3连接顶块2，滑筒5用螺栓6连接在转轴4上。
