本实用新型涉及模具加工领域,特别的涉及一次性冲压模具的设计结构。
背景技术
冲压模具在冷冲压加工中,将材料(金属或非金属)加工成零件(或半成品)的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具(俗称冷冲模)。冲压是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。
冲压模具是冲压生产必不可少的工艺装备,是技术密集型产品。冲压件的质量、生产效率以及生产成本等,与模具设计和制造有直接关系。按照传统的加工工艺,设计一套大型成型模,虽然工序简单,但是模具开发成本过高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种局部成型,能够连续冲压完成整个产品的成型模具。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:
一种成型模具,具有上模座组合、上固定板和下固定板,上固定板由油缸驱动,上模座组合中设有上模型芯,上模座组合下方设有上模,上模下方设有下模,下模与下固定板固定连接,上述上、下模之间通过定位销定位。
上述上模座组合和下固定板之间设有导柱导套组件,且下固定板上设有辅助成型块。
本实用新型的好处在于设计一套局部成型模具,依靠定位销定位,可以连续冲压完成整个产品的成型;而且本新型通过油缸实现驱动成型,并设有导柱导套组件,保证成型后产品的尺寸精度。

具体实施方式
见图1和图2,本新型成型模具上模座组合1、上固定板2和下固定板4,上固定板由油缸3驱动,上模座组合中设有上模型芯7,上模座组合下方设有上模8,上模下方设有下模9,下模与下固定板4固定连接,上述上、下模8、9之间通过定位销定位。
上述上模座组合和下固定板之间设有导柱导套组件6,通过导柱导套组件的导向作用,上模座组合和下固定板之间相对运动精确度提高,保证了成型后产品的尺寸精度,且下固定板上设有辅助成型块10,帮助产品成型。

1.一种成型模具,其特征在于:具有上模座组合(1)、上固定板(2)和下固定板(4),上固定板由油缸(3)驱动,上模座组合中设有上模型芯(7),上模座组合下方设有上模(8),上模下方设有下模(9),下模与下固定板(4)固定连接,上述上、下模之间通过定位销(5)定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型模具,其特征在于:上述上模座组合和下固定板之间设有导柱导套组件(6),且下固定板上设有辅助成型块(10)。
