本实用新型涉及加油装置的泵类领域,详细地讲是一种手摇加油泵。 
背景技术
众所周知,在没有电源的情况下,给汽车加油主要靠手摇泵,普通的手摇泵只限于油桶,流量低,接口单一,局限性非常大。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种手摇加油泵,可以增大流量,工作不受场地限制,灵活地给各种大型装备、油罐、汽车等加油。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种手摇加油泵,设有泵体,泵体的抽油腔上下两端分别与进油管及出油管相连通,泵体上安装有相啮合的大齿轮及小齿轮,大齿轮的转轴上固定摇把,小齿轮的转轴与抽油腔内的偏心式转子固定在一起,转子上加工有相交叉的两个滑槽,每个滑槽内安装有两段滑片,两段滑片之间压缩有弹簧。 
本实用新型还可通过如下措施来实现:泵体下部安装有螺杆式油桶固定器。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单、效率高、流量大、运转平稳。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中,本实用新型一种手摇加油泵,设有泵体4,泵体4下部安装有螺杆式油桶固定器1,油桶固定器1为夹板结构,旋转夹板上的摇柄,摇柄带动螺杆转动,从而将泵体夹紧在抽油口处,泵体4的抽油腔上下两端分别与进油管2及出油管8相连通,泵体4上安装有相啮合的大齿轮6及小齿轮5,大齿轮6的转轴上固定摇把7,小齿轮5的转轴与抽油腔内的偏心式转子10固定在一起,转子10上加工有相交叉的两个滑槽,每个滑槽内安装有两段滑片9,两段滑片9之间压缩有弹簧。 
本实用新型使用时,顺时针转动摇把7,通过大齿轮6和小齿轮5增速,带动转子10旋转,滑片9把泵体4内的腔分成四个容积不断变化的小腔,在偏心式转子10转动过程中,转子10一侧始终与抽油腔内腔紧密接触,同时转子10转动过程中滑片9两端在弹簧推动下始终与泵体4的抽油腔内壁紧密接触,当小腔的容积变大时,产生负压,在大气压的作用下,外面的油进入此腔,当此腔的容积变小时,压迫油从出油口排出。四个腔依次不断的变化完成加油作业。 
当需要从油桶向汽车油箱、汽车油罐和软体油罐加油时,把手摇滑片泵放在油桶的油口上,拧紧油桶固定器1就可以进行加油,非常方便。进油管2和出油管8都采用快速接头形式,当需要从汽车油罐向油箱、油桶和软体油罐加油时,只要变换接头即可。

1.一种手摇加油泵,设有泵体,其特征是:泵体的抽油腔上下两端分别与进油管及出油管相连通,泵体上安装有相啮合的大齿轮及小齿轮,大齿轮的转轴上固定摇把,小齿轮的转轴与抽油腔内的偏心式转子固定在一起,转子上加工有相交叉的两个滑槽,每个滑槽内安装有两段滑片,两段滑片之间压缩有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手摇加油泵,其特征在于所说的泵体下部安装有螺杆式油桶固定器。
