本实用新型属于海带加工装置，具体涉及一种海带切丝机刀具。
背景技术
目前市场上的海带切丝机比较少，并且多是刀片相错切丝。由于海带表面有油性、比较光滑，不能多层切，所以加工效率较低。目前海带市场需求量大，但现有海带切丝机的效率低、使用寿命短，且加工出产品的质量差，尤其不能适应海带收割大忙季节对大量加工新鲜海带丝的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是海带切丝机效率低、使用寿命短、加工产品质量差，提供一种海带切丝机刀具，能将海带自动带入刀具，实现自动切丝，且效率高、使用寿命长，加工产品质量高。
本实用新型的技术方案是以下述方法实现的：
海带切丝机刀具，包括刀具本体，刀具本体侧壁上设有滚花。
所述刀具本体是65GrMn钢制备的刀具本体。
本实用新型可同时切丝160多条，均匀高效，刀具表面的滚花解决了海带表面光滑、不能自动进料的问题；刀具材料选用65GrMn钢，耐用度高，且刀具用钝后不用卸刀刃磨，只需紧一点手柄即可。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的海带切丝机刀具，包括刀具本体1，刀具本体1侧壁上设有滚花2。
所述刀具本体1是由耐用度高的材料制备，优选使用65GrMn钢制备。
本使用新型的刀具是旋转时对辊轧花刀具，能同时切丝160多条，效率是现有技术的数倍，再加上刀具是65GrMn材料数控车床加工，确保了切丝宽度均衡及很高的使用寿命，刀具不用刃磨，用久了只需要将前进的两个手柄向前紧一点即可。使用时方便快捷，且所加工出来的海带形状规则，质量高。特别适合海带收割大忙季节大量加工新鲜海带丝的要求。
