技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种镗床,尤其涉及能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床。
背景技术
传统的镗床包括传动箱、镗杆和刀架,其中刀架装在镗杆上,镗杆的左端悬空,其右端伸入所述传动箱内,且镗杆的最大伸长长度为1500mm左右。由于镗杆为细长杆,其左端悬空,加工工件时,镗杆受力会发生弯曲变形,进而严重影响加工精度,这种情况在加工大型减速机箱体,特别是中心磨减速机箱体时尤其明显,因为该箱体有三组平行的轴承孔,且这三组轴承孔的轴向跨度达2350mm。采用传统镗床加工所述三组平行的轴承孔时,镗杆受力会弯曲变形,导致三组平行轴承孔的同轴度及直径根本无法保证。另外,由于镗杆的最大伸长长度为1500mm左右,而所述三组轴承孔的轴向跨度达2350mm,传统镗床无法一次完成加工,需加工完一头后,再将加工箱体换向、重新定位,从另一头镗孔,这样又进一步增大了三组平行轴承孔的同轴度误差,为此亟需解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床,能有效避免镗杆加工工件时受力弯曲变形。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床,包括传动箱、镗杆和刀架,其中刀架装在镗杆上,镗杆的右端伸入所述传动箱内,其关键在于:所述镗杆的左部套装有轴承,并通过该轴承支撑在支撑座上,且所述刀架位于传动箱和支撑座之间。
本实用新型在传统结构的基础上,在所述镗杆的左部套装有轴承,并通过该轴承支撑在支撑座上,且所述刀架位于传动箱和支撑座之间。采用以上技术方案,本实用新型相对于传统结构增加了一个支撑点,能有效防止镗杆受力弯曲变形,保证加工精度。同时,本镗床特别适合加工大型减速机箱体,尤其是中心磨减速机箱体的平行轴承孔,由于镗床的镗杆不会弯曲变形,进而能较好保证平行轴承孔的同轴度、直径精度。
所述镗杆位于传动箱外的长度为2500mm,以上结构大幅加长了镗杆的长度,使得本镗床镗中心磨减速机箱体的平行轴承孔时,能一次完成,不用象以前那样从两头分两次镗孔,既简化了操作,又可进一步保证平行轴承孔的同轴度、直径精度要求。
有益效果:本实用新型结构简单、制作方便,能有效防止镗杆受力完全变形,特别适合加工大型减速机箱体,尤其是中心磨减速机箱体的平行轴承孔组。

如图1所示,一种能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床,由传动箱1、镗杆2、刀架3、轴承4和支撑座5等部件构成,其中镗杆2的左端套装有轴承4,并通过该轴承4支撑在所述支撑座5上,镗杆2的右端伸入所述传动箱1内,且镗杆2位于传动箱1外的长度为2500mm。在所述镗杆2上套装所述刀架3,该刀架3位于传动箱1与支撑座5之间,本实用新型的其余结构与现有技术完全相同,在此不做赘述。

1.一种能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床,包括传动箱(1)、镗杆(2)和刀架(3),其中刀架(3)装在镗杆(2)上,镗杆(2)的右端伸入所述传动箱(1)内,其特征在于:所述镗杆(2)的左部套装有轴承(4),并通过该轴承(4)支撑在支撑座(5)上,且所述刀架(3)位于传动箱(1)和支撑座(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能防止镗杆弯曲变形的镗床,其特征在于:所述镗杆(2)位于传动箱(1)外的长度为2500mm。
