本实用新型涉及模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,解决了塑料开放式异型材挤出定型工艺定型模结构复杂,制作难度大,成本高,操作复杂的问题,它包括挤压模、水箱、牵引轮,挤压模由凹模与凸模组成,凹模与凸模组成后的出料端设有定型模,定型模的出料端设有水箱,牵引轮设置在水箱的出口处。通过挤出机将熔融塑料树脂挤压到挤出机头进行成型,再从挤出机头中直接挤压到定型模中,通过定型模直接冷却定型,产品从定型模挤入水槽继续冷却定型,用牵引装置牵出完成挤出加工,无需真空定型模的装置结构和真空设备,产品质量稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置。
背景技术
塑料开放式异型材(装饰条)挤出定型传统工艺是真空负压定型,需要有真空设备配套;这种定型工艺定型模结构复杂,设计加工制作难度大,制作成本高,操作复杂。如中国专利申请号为200910010023.X一种塑料异型材同模异出挤出模具,从挤出机挤出的塑料熔体通过分流底座上不同结构参数的分流道分流后,各自进入不同结构参数的模具左侧流道和右侧流道,经过分流和压缩后从口模板挤出,形成不同截面形状的塑料型坯,最后经过冷却定型后形成不同截面形状的塑料异型材,它只是实现在一条挤出生产线上同时生产两种不同截面形状的塑料异型材制品,与本发明的设计目的就不相同。
又如专利号为200720053946.X一种工程塑料异型材的挤出模具结构,包括口模和定型模具,定型模具和口模以机械连接形式紧密对接在一起,取消了传统挤出模具中口模和定型模具之间的放空段,避免了外界压力的突然降低对生产工艺及产品所带来的影响。还有中国专利申请号01237401.6一种塑料异型材挤出定型冷却装置,由模头和冷却管道组成,冷却管道从模头外部通入模头的型芯内,并且沿型芯的轴向延伸,克服了在加工多腔室断面型材时会产生型坯变形的问题,适合加工各种不同端面形状的多腔室断面型材。这两种结构都从细节上对挤出模具做出有益设计,也并未脱离定型模结构的复杂性,设计加工制作难度大的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决塑料开放式异型材挤出定型工艺定型模结构复杂,制作难度大,成本高,操作复杂的问题,提供一种直冷定型挤出工艺,从挤出机头中直接挤压到定型模中进行初步冷却定型,再通过冷却水箱进一步充分冷却,模具结构简单,加工容易,综合成本低,便于操作的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,包括挤压模、水箱、牵引轮,其特征是所述的挤压模由凹模与凸模组成,凹模与凸模组成后的出料端设有定型模,定型模的出料端设有水箱,牵引轮设置在水箱的出口处。通过挤出机将熔融塑料树脂挤压到挤出机头进行成型,再从挤出机头中直接挤压到定型模中,通过定型模直接冷却定型,产品从定型模挤入水槽继续冷却定型,用牵引装置牵出完成挤出加工,无需真空定型模的装置结构和真空设备,产品质量稳定。
作为优选,所述的定型模通过定位销与凹模、凸模定位,定位销设有若干件,定型模与挤压模之间设有隔热板。定型模的一端与挤压模直接连接,而定型模的另一端设置在冷却水箱内。
作为优选,所述的定型模、挤压模设置在机头体内,机头体轴向分为两部分,分别对定型模、挤压模定位。实际的结构是定型模的一端定位在机头体内,机头体作为定型模、挤压模两部件的定位夹具,且一同与挤出机固定成一体。
作为优选,所述的挤压模的入料端与挤出机料筒连接,挤出机料筒通过法兰与机头体连接,挤压模与挤出机料筒之间设有过滤板。
作为优选,所述的牵引轮设有若干组,每组包括一个上牵引轮和一个与上牵引轮啮合的下牵引轮。一般牵引轮设两组,产品从上牵引轮与下牵引轮之间进行整形拉出。
作为优选,所述的定型模出料口端设有托板,托板设置在水箱内,托板的导向面与定型模成型口的底面在同一水平面上。塑料产品刚被拉出定型模时温度较高,细长的产品容易变形,托板既支撑了产品,又是开放式的,保证了塑料产品完全被冷却。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由真空定型模变成直冷定型模,不需要在定型模结构上增加真空腔和真空孔,因此定型模具设计制造简单容易;不需要真空设备,设备投入少,综合成本低。
因此,本实用新型是一种结构设计合理,模具简单,成本低,操作方便的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
参见图1,本实施例设有挤压模、具有冷却循环水功能的水箱、牵引轮,其中挤压模由凹模4与凸模11组成,凹模4与凸模11装配后在出料一端通过定位销3及隔热板14与定型模15连接成一体,凹模4与凸模11装配后的进料一端与挤出机料筒8相通,中间隔一件过滤板10。
凹模4、凸模11与定型模15连接后,一同装入机头体12内,机头体12分成两部分,两部分通过螺钉13连接成一体,其中定型模15的出料口端在机头体12的外侧并装在水箱1中。
挤出机料筒8用法兰9连接形式与机头体12连接,法兰9体上设有6颗连接螺栓5和6个连接螺母6,保证连接强度,这样从挤出机螺杆7出来的原料就直接进入挤压模中。
牵引轮设两组,每组包括一个上牵引轮17和一个下牵引轮18,上下牵引轮相互啮合,啮合处为如图2所示的一种异型材装饰条产品16,两组牵引轮装在水箱的出口一端。
工作时,塑料树脂通过挤出机塑化后挤压到机头成型模的凹模4、凸模11组成的挤压模中成型,然后挤压到隔热板14和定型模15中初步冷却定型后,进到水箱1继续冷却定型,托板2防止产品变形起到托起作用,由上牵引轮17和下牵引轮18辅助牵引出,切断后完成产品的生产过程。

Claims (6)

1.一种塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,包括挤压模、水箱、牵引轮,其特征是所述的挤压模由凹模(4)与凸模(11)组成,凹模(4)与凸模(11)组成后的出料端设有定型模(15),定型模(15)的出料端设有水箱(1),牵引轮设置在水箱的出口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,其特征在于所述的定型模(15)通过定位销(3)与凹模(4)、凸模(11)定位,定位销(3)设有若干件,定型模(15)与挤压模之间设有隔热板(14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,其特征在于所述的定型模(15)、挤压模设置在机头体(12)内,机头体(12)轴向分为两部分,该两部分分别与定型模(15)、挤压模配合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,其特征在于所述的挤压模的入料端与挤出机料筒(8)连接,挤出机料筒(8)通过法兰(9)与机头体(12)连接,挤压模与挤出机料筒(8)之间设有过滤板(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,其特征在于所述的牵引轮设有若干组,每组包括一个上牵引轮(17)和一个与上牵引轮啮合的下牵引轮(18)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料开放式异型材挤出直冷定型装置,其特征在于所述的定型模(15)出料口端设有托板(2),托板(2)设置在水箱(1)内,托板(2)的导向面与定型模(15)成型口的底面在同一水平面上。
