背景技术
随着磨棱工序在齿轮加工的广泛应用,其工装设计势必影响加工效率,目前公知的传统装夹磨棱工装用涨套以内孔夹紧,或以端面压紧的设计机构复杂,费时。
发明内容
为了克服现有的装夹磨棱工装的不足,本实用新型的提供一种快速装夹磨棱工装。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种快速装夹磨棱工装,其特征在于:由本体、垫块、销钉组成,本体安装在磨棱机上,垫块压入在本体上,销钉压入在垫块上,本体外圆φ与加工产品内孔采用间隙配合,加工产品装入本体上,以销钉带动加工产品旋转实现产品加工。
本发明的有益效果
本实用新型结构简单,装夹方便,加工一件产品,装夹时间约为2秒,大大提高了磨棱效率及减轻操作工劳动强度,改变了传统用涨套以内孔夹紧,或以端面压紧的设计;销钉以齿面为传递基准,齿轮端面磨棱准确;该工装结构适用于所有齿轮磨棱加工要求。
