本实用新型公开了一种球磨机衬板装置，由衬板、提升条、螺栓组成，衬板由金属材料和橡胶(1)复合而成，提升条由金属材料和橡胶(1)复合而成，提升条设置在衬板之间，并压在衬板上，通过螺栓把衬板固定在球磨机内侧，既有效保护了球磨机筒体、端面不受矿石直接冲击和摩擦而造成磨损，又减少了使用单一金属衬板时所需在球磨机筒体内侧进行衬胶的投入，也延长了球磨机及其衬板的使用寿命，同时使安装轻便、安全，省时省力，降低了噪音，节约了能耗，避免了堵矿现象，提高了筛分效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球磨机衬板装置，主要用于球磨机磨碎矿石。
背景技术
目前国内外矿山球磨机使用的衬板均采用金属材料制作，由于金属铸造误差，衬板在安装时与球磨机筒体存在很大缝隙，出现矿浆、矿石直接撞击磨机筒体，导致筒体过早磨穿，整机寿命过短；固定连接螺杆易松动，衬板错位甚至脱落；金属衬板笨重，安装困难，耗时费力，一次安装基本费时12-16小时，安装事故时有发生，金属衬板易磨损，使用寿命短，一般在6-8个月，且与筒体、出料端格子板使用寿命不同步，在更换时，将未完全损坏的筒体衬板及出料端格子板也换下，导致生产成本高，直接影响球磨机使用寿命和生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种耐磨、轻便、不错位、使用寿命较长的球磨机复合衬板装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的球磨机衬板装置由复合衬板、提升条、螺栓组成，所述衬板由金属材料和橡胶复合而成，橡胶面与球磨机筒体内侧面紧贴，金属材料面为工作面，所述提升条由金属材料和橡胶复合而成，提升条的下部设置凹槽，螺栓设置为T型，提升条设置在衬板之间，并压在衬板上，螺杆套在提升条的凹槽内穿过球磨机筒体再加橡胶密封垫、钢碗、平垫拧紧螺母，将衬板固定在球磨机内侧。
本实用新型的球磨机复合衬板装置与现有技术相比具有如下优异效果。
由于衬板及提升条均为金属材料和橡胶复合而成，橡胶自身具有弹性和密封性，使T型螺栓压紧后具有自锁性，克服了螺栓易松动的现象发生，保证了球磨机的正常运转，复合后的衬板既有效保护了球磨机筒体、端面不受矿石直接冲击和摩擦而造成磨损，又减少了使用单一金属衬板时所需在球磨机筒体内侧进行衬胶的投入，也延长了球磨机及其衬板的使用寿命，同时使安装轻便、安全，省时省力，降低了噪音，节约了能耗，避免了堵矿现象，提高了筛分效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的球磨机衬板装置作进一步的详细描述。
图1所示的球磨机衬板装置由衬板、提升条、螺栓组成，所述衬板由金属材料和橡胶1复合而成，所述提升条由金属材料和橡胶1复合而成，提升条设置在衬板之间，并压在衬板上，提升条的下部设置凹槽3，，螺栓设置为T型，螺杆4套在提升条的凹槽3内穿过球磨机筒体将衬板固定在球磨机内侧，衬板的橡胶1面与球磨机筒体内侧面紧贴，金属材料面为工作面。
图2所示的提升条由钢板2和橡胶1复合而成，提升条的下部设置凹槽3，提升条设置在衬板之间，并压在衬板上。
图3所示的复合衬板由钢板2和橡胶1复合而成，橡胶1面与球磨机筒体内侧面紧贴，钢板2面为工作面。
图4所示的螺栓由螺杆4、螺母7、钢碗6、密封垫5组成，T型螺栓的螺杆4套在提升条凹槽内穿过球磨机筒体再加橡胶密封垫5、钢碗6、平垫拧紧螺母7，将提升条和衬板固定在球磨机筒体内侧。

1.一种球磨机衬板装置，由衬板、提升条、螺栓组成，其特征在于衬板由金属材料和橡胶(1)复合而成，提升条由金属材料和橡胶(1)复合而成，提升条设置在衬板之间，并压在衬板上，通过螺栓把衬板固定在球磨机内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球磨机衬板装置，其特征在于提升条的下部设置凹槽(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的球磨机衬板装置，其特征在于螺栓设置为T型，螺杆(4)套在提升条的凹槽(3)内穿过球磨机筒体把衬板和提升条固定在球磨机内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的球磨机衬板装置，其特征在于衬板的橡胶(1)面与球磨机筒体内侧面紧贴，金属材料面为工作面。
