技术领域
本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池气体收集,尤其是能通过测试蓄电池在各个电压点充电时所排放出的气体量而确定最适合蓄电池充电的恒压充电点。
背景技术
目前,铅酸蓄电池一般只采用排水法做失水率试验,即在一个水槽内把蓄电池充电时放出的气体用管子通到装满水后倒置在水槽内的量筒中,气体进入量筒后会将其内的水挤压出,从被排出水容量计算出蓄电池所减少的水份。零度以下就不能做失水率试验。更没有办法做整个充电过程中蓄电池的失水情况,无法了解畜电池在不同环境温度下各个电压点的失水情况。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中用排水法进行计算铅酸蓄电池失水率所存在的上述问题,提供一种铅酸蓄电池气体收集装置。本实用新型设计铅酸蓄电池气体收集装置,其特征在于:有一锥型漏斗,锥型漏斗由乳胶管连接一三通,三通的另外两端分别连接排气阀和另一乳胶管,另一乳胶管连接一U型管。其特征在于:U型管上有刻度线。本实用新型的优点是可以根据蓄电池在整个充电过程中析气量和充放比来确定蓄电池最合适的恒压充电点,以能提高蓄电池的容量和循环寿命。

下面结合附图和施工实例对本实用新型作详细使用说明。
具体实施方式:
图中有一锥型漏斗,锥型漏斗由乳胶管连接一三通,三通的另外两端分别连接排气阀和另一乳胶管,另一乳胶管连接一U型管。其特征在于:U型管上有刻度线。
使用时,先在U型管内注入水,将锥型漏斗套在需要进行收集气体的蓄电池排气孔上,蓄电池排气孔中的气体经过乳胶管、三通后会压迫U型管一侧的水柱向另一侧移动,从而可以从U型管中的刻度上知道蓄电池所排除的气体量,当U型管的水柱超过刻度时,可以打开滴定管顶部的排气阀,放出部分气体,整个充电过程中重复此动作并对排出气体进行累加,从而可以知道蓄电池整个充电过程中所析出气体量,用以对蓄电池的失水情况检测。由于气体排放是全过程排放,因此检测无局限性,而且更加方便。

1.铅酸蓄电池气体收集装置,其特征在于:有一锥型漏斗,锥型漏斗由乳胶管连接一三通,三通的另外两端分别连接排气阀和另一乳胶管,另一乳胶管连接一U型管。
