技术领域
本实用新型属于轧机的轧辊,尤其涉及粗轧机用轧辊。
背景技术
粗轧工作辊边部为非过钢区,会因辊身磨损出现粗轧工作辊边部与支撑辊边部直接接触,产生应力集中,导致粗轧工作辊边部剥落,严重影响生产。因此通常一支新辊到报废,要经过多次加工倒角,避免上述情况发生,保证生产顺利进行。当前,粗轧工作辊端部倒角为锥面形,辊脊即倒角的断面线为直线。其缺陷是,这种倒角加工难度大,要采用专用的大型车床才能进行加工,还要将粗轧工作辊运来运去,传搁时间长,加工费用高,我们使用的12支工作辊年加工费高达160多万元以上。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种带弧面形倒角的粗轧工作辊,就地加工,节省传搁时间,减少加工费用。
带弧面形倒角的粗轧工作辊,轧身两端设倒角,其特点是所述的倒角段为规则的弧面形,其辊脊为圆弧线,辊脊一端与辊身连接,另一端与辊肩连接;其辊脊半径与倒角半径方向深度和倒角长度相关。这种弧面形倒角由磨床磨削加工而成。
与现有技术相比,优点是:可以就地加工倒角,加工方便,不用运来运去,无需转运,节省传搁时间,减少加工费用。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可以看出,带弧面形倒角的粗轧工作辊,轧身1两端设圆弧面形倒角段2,其倒角的辊脊3为弧线形,辊脊2与辊肩4连接。辊脊2圆弧的半径R,由倒角半径方向深度H,辊脊2长度L决定,有R=(L2+H2)/2H。当H=1.0mm,L=110mm,则R=6050.5mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的带弧面形倒角的粗轧工作辊,其特征在于所述的辊脊(3)圆弧线的半径与倒角半径方向的深度H、倒角长度长度L相关。
