本实用新型涉及一种带导向轴的充压活塞式结构,有活塞、接力器杆和转轮体盖,活塞与接力器杆通过限位环用螺栓相连接,接力器杆与操作油管相连,在所述在活塞上设有一道整圈的活塞密封和两道整圈导向环,在所述活塞与转轮体盖之间设置导向轴。在活塞上采用一道整圈的活塞密封、两道整圈导向环及两根导向轴,从而避免了接力器缸严重磨损、桨叶接力器严重窜油、活塞表面的碰撞挤损剥落及活塞环的卡死等事故的发生,提高了产品质量,使水轮发电机组良好运行,具有结构简单合理、动作灵活、方便操作和提高工效的优点。

带导向轴的充压活塞式结构
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及水轮机的一种桨叶操作系统,尤其是涉及一种采用活塞移动(缸不动)且设置整圈密封及导向环的带导向轴的充压活塞式结构。
【背景技术】
现有的活塞式桨叶操作机构采用活塞移动式结构(缸不动),活塞兼作操作架,通过耳柄、连杆、拐臂来操作桨叶,并配有导向键以防止活塞转动,活塞通过卡环与活塞杆相连,活塞杆通二付铜瓦支承在轮毂中心体上作往复运动,由于活塞的自重、制造加工、装配等多种因素的影响,使铜瓦下部磨损,活塞下沉,使活塞与缸体间隙变小,甚至硬性接触干磨,造成接力器缸体磨损;采用导向键结构由于密封环不能使用整圈结构活塞两腔容易窜油,危及机组的正常运行。
【实用新型内容】
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种具有结构简单合理、动作灵活、不磨损缸体、不窜油,且方便操作、提高工效优点的带导向轴的充压活塞式结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带导向轴的充压活塞式结构,有活塞、接力器杆和转轮体盖,活塞与接力器杆通过限位环用螺栓相连接,接力器杆与操作油管相连,在所述在活塞上设有一道整圈的活塞密封和两道整圈导向环,在所述活塞与转轮体盖之间设置导向轴。
位于活塞缸内的所述活塞通过耳柄、连杆和转臂与操作叶片动力联接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在活塞上采用一道整圈的活塞密封、两道整圈导向环及两根导向轴,从而避免了接力器缸严重磨损、桨叶接力器严重窜油、活塞表面的碰撞挤损剥落及活塞环的卡死等事故的发生,提高了产品质量,使水轮发电机组良好运行,具有结构简单合理、动作灵活、方便操作和提高工效的优点。

参见图1,一种带导向轴的充压活塞式结构,有活塞4、接力器杆6和转轮体盖12,活塞4与接力器杆6通过限位环10用螺栓相连接,接力器杆6与操作油管相连,在所述在活塞4上设有一道整圈活塞密封9和两道整圈导向环8,用以减少两腔漏油和提高活塞4的运行效率,在所述活塞4与转轮体盖12之间设置导向轴5,导向轴5有活塞4导向及防止活塞4转动的作用,从而避免了接力器缸严重磨损、桨叶接力器严重窜油、活塞4表面的碰撞挤损剥落及活塞环的卡死等事故的发生,提高了产品质量,使水轮发电机组良好运行,具有结构简单合理、动作灵活、方便操作和提高工效的优点。来自受油器开、关油腔的压力油通过接力器杆6进入活塞缸11(转轮体腔)推动活塞4运动,再通过耳柄3、连杆2、转臂1等操作叶片7转动。

1.一种带导向轴的充压活塞式结构,有活塞、接力器杆和转轮体盖,其特征是:活塞与接力器杆通过限位环用螺栓相连接,接力器杆与操作油管相连,在所述活塞上设有一道整圈的活塞密封和两道整圈导向环,在所述活塞与转轮体盖之间设置导向轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的带导向轴的充压活塞式结构,其特征是:位于活塞缸内的所述活塞通过耳柄、连杆和转臂与操作叶片动力联接。
