本实用新型涉及一种叶片泵,特别涉及一种适用于高压下使用的叶片泵。
背景技术
叶片泵是通过叶轮的旋转,将动力机的机械能转换为水能(势能、动能、压能)的水力机械。传统的叶片泵泵体材质一般采用球墨铸铁,球墨铸铁的耐磨性较好,但球墨铸铁造价较高且存在材料缺陷,其耐压性差,压力过高时会导致崩裂。此外,叶片与工作腔内壁摩擦会导致工作腔内壁拉毛、划沟、卡坑和叶片磨平。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨损、耐高压、成本低的叶片泵。
本实用新型涉及一种叶片泵,包括泵体,在泵体上设有一个吸入口、一个排出口,泵体内部空间为工作腔,在泵体上沿轴向安装有传动轴,在传动轴上套装有转子,在转子上均匀设有多个叶片,其特殊之处是:在工作腔内部设有高分子复合材料耐磨层,泵体的材质为中碳钢,叶片与高分子复合材料耐磨层之间负间隙接触。
本实用新型中泵体的材质采用中碳钢代替球墨铸铁,提高了耐压性能,容易加工,降低了成本;通过在泵体内壁设高分子复合材料耐磨层,提高了泵体的耐磨性能,降低了叶片与工作腔内壁的磨损,使用寿命长;叶片与工作腔内壁负间隙接触,杜绝了液体回泻的可能性,提高了工作效率并能够加大扬程,可应用于机床、工程机械、船舶、汽车、冶金行业中;该叶片泵采用的耐磨层结构也可以在柱塞泵中使用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该叶片泵有一个材质为中碳钢的泵体1,泵体1内部空间为工作腔。泵体1上分别设有与工作腔相通的一个吸入口6,一个排出口7。泵体1上沿轴向设有传动轴2,在传动轴上套装有转子3,传动轴2和转子3通过花键连接(也可以整体锻造),在转子3上均匀开有多个转子槽,每个转子槽内分别插装有一个叶片4,工作腔内壁设有高分子复合材料耐磨层5,所述的高分子复合材料耐磨层5压制(也可粘接)在工作腔内壁上,所述高分子复合材料组成如下:丁腈50%,炭黑45%,防老剂、磺、二丁酯硫化剂、钼共占5%。所述的叶片4与高分子复合材料耐磨层5之间负间隙接触。
工作时,通过电机将转矩传递给传动轴2及转子3,通过离心作用,将转子3内插装的叶片4甩出,叶片4与耐磨层5紧密接触,并在其表面滑动,于是每两个叶片4之间与工作腔内壁会组成一个封闭的空间,空间的容积会随着转动发生周期性变化。在工作腔的一侧对应容积扩大区601、602,封闭空间内压力降低,液体由吸入口6吸入;容积缩小区701、702的封闭空间内压力升高,液体由排出口7排出。
