In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, the bag clamping and conveying device and the bag clamping mechanism thereof of the present invention comprise a conveying device 1, a conveying frame 2, a left sprocket mounting frame 3, a right sprocket mounting frame 4 and a bag clamping mechanism; the conveying device 1 comprises a left chain 11, a right chain 12, a left chain wheel set 13, a right chain wheel set 14 and a chain conveying motor (not shown in the figure); the left chain wheel mounting frame 3 and the right chain wheel mounting frame 4 are respectively and correspondingly mounted on the left side and the right side of the conveying frame 2; the left chain wheel set 13 and the right chain wheel set 14 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the corresponding inner walls of the left chain wheel mounting rack 3 and the right chain wheel mounting rack 4 and are in transmission connection with a chain conveying motor; the left chain 11 strides around the left chain wheel set 13 and forms a closed structure, and the right chain 12 strides around the right chain wheel set 14 and forms a closed structure; the bag clamping mechanism comprises a plurality of mechanical arms 5 for clamping the openings of the material bags; the plurality of manipulators 5 are uniformly distributed between the left chain 11 and the right chain 12, and two ends of each manipulator 5 are fixedly connected with the left chain 11 and the right chain 12 respectively so as to move along with the transmission of the chains 11 and 12.

When the manipulator 5 clamps the opening of the material bag, the manipulator 5 drags the material bag to move horizontally along the rear end of the conveying frame 2 along with the rotation of the two chains 11 and 12, and meanwhile, other manipulators rotate to the front end of the conveying frame 2 to continue to clamp the opening of the material bag and drag the animal material bag.
When the material bag is dragged to the middle rear end of the conveying frame 2, the piston rod of the bag-loosening cylinder 7 above the conveying frame 2 presses the jaw opening seat 511 of the downward pressing manipulator 5 to enable the jaw opening seat 511 to move downward, meanwhile, the two rollers 515 in the jaw opening seat 511 roll and are pressed against the top edges of the two jaws 514 to enable the bottoms of the two jaws 514 to be opened, the middle upper part 561 of the clamping shaft 56 of the manipulator 5 breaks away from between the two jaws 514, so that the gap between the clamping arm 52 and the two fixing arms 53 is enlarged, the bag opening of the material bag is sufficiently loosened, and meanwhile, the material bag is sent to the conveying platform to be vacuumized and sealed. After the manipulator 5 releases the mouth of the material bag, the claw opening seat 511 returns to the original position under the tension of the second spring 513, and the manipulator 5 continues to rotate upward along with the rotation of the left and right chains 11, 12. Meanwhile, other mechanical arms rotate to the front end of the conveying frame 2 along with the rotation of the left and right chains 11 and 12 to continuously clamp the opening of the material bag and drag the material bag to move forwards, so that a circulating bag clamping and conveying mode is formed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. Because the bag openings of the material bags are uniformly clamped and dragged before vacuumizing and sealing, the materials in the material bags can be leveled without adding other leveling devices in the conveying process, and the positions of the material bags after being conveyed to the conveying platform are uniform, namely the sealing positions of the bag openings are uniform. Therefore, before the material bag is vacuumized and sealed, the material bag is properly processed on the conveying device and the bag clamping mechanism, so that the sealing positions of the material bag can be more accurate and uniform, the success rate of vacuum shaping is improved, and the packaged finished product looks more beautiful.
