本实用新型涉及焚烧炉预热装置,特别涉及一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器。主要解决现有预热器换热面积小,没有充分利用燃烧烟气余热的技术问题。本实用新型的技术方案为:一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器,包括阵列式集束管和两个风箱,为进风箱和出风箱,阵列式集束管两端与两个风箱连通。在进风箱上安装有冷风管,在出风箱上部和下部各装一个热风管,所述预热器安置在烟道内或再燃室中,集束管均匀布满烟道截面或再燃室截面。本实用新型可广泛用于各种火化机(焚尸炉)、殡仪垃圾焚烧炉、医疗垃圾焚烧炉、小型生活垃圾焚烧炉、工业废弃物焚烧炉。

焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器
技术领域:本实用新型涉及焚烧炉预热装置,特别涉及一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器。
背景技术:热风供氧助燃已是业内的共识,尤其是近年来燃料价格持续攀升,为节省燃料消耗,降低运行成本,热风供氧的预热器形形色色,但都是热风管或热风包的结构形式,如在炉膛的耐火层外安置几根3寸管,用以吸收炉膛的热量,提高一点助氧风的温度,但效果皆不理想。这是因为:只是吸收炉膛温度通过耐火砖层的介质传热,对烟气中的余热利用率不高;换热面积太小;装置位置不对,一般都是用几根管子安装在炉膛的耐火层外,一但坏了不易更换,若要更换就要拆炉膛,得不偿失;助氧风根本不可能加热到300℃以上,节能效果不明显。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种换热面积高、余热利用好的焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器。主要解决现有预热器换热面积低,没有利用燃烧烟气余热的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器,包括阵列式集束管和2个风箱,为进风箱和出风箱,阵列式集束管两端与两个风箱连通。在进风箱上安装有冷风管,在出风箱上部和下部各装一个热风管。所述预热器安置在烟道内或再燃室中,集束管均匀布满烟道截面或再燃室截面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于换热效果与换热面积是成正比的;烟气的余热利用率也与之成正比。要增加换热面积,又要控制预热器的体积,本实用新型摒弃粗管采用集束细管。将预热器布满烟道的截面积,迫使烟气从众多的集束细风管壁外流过,使烟气中余热得到最充分的利用,从而迅速地升高集束细管中流过的助氧风温度。集束细管的数量越多,其表面积之和就越大;表面积越大,助氧风的流速就越慢,换热面积也就越大,热交换效率就越高,从管壁外表吸收烟气中的热量就越多;吸收烟气中的热量越多,助氧风的温度就越高;助氧风温度越高,就越节省燃料,同时炉膛的温度就越高;炉膛温度越高,被燃物的自燃情况就越好;自燃情况越好,就越能节省燃料,缩短燃烧时间,提高设备的利用率。本实用新型集束管均匀地布满烟道的截面积,使烟气100%通过集束管的外壁,最大限度地吸收高温烟气中的热量,达到最佳的换热效果;助氧风从常温加热到400℃以上,最高达到500℃;最终反应在节能40%以上,省时30%以上。在火化尸体的过程中,可以55%的时间不供油,尸体却自燃良好;在焚烧垃圾中,如果是高热值的垃圾,可以95%以上的时间不供油,低热值的垃圾,可以45%的时间不供油,自燃良好。

具体实施方式:
参照图1、2、3,一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器,包括阵列式集束管2和2个风箱,为进风箱6和出风箱7,风箱由箱板1焊接而成,阵列式集束管2两端与两个风箱连通。在进风箱6上安装有冷风管4,在出风箱7上部和下部各装一个热风管3,并在进风箱体中部设置加强筋5。所述预热器安置在烟道内或再燃室中,198根集束管均匀布满烟道截面或再燃室截面,确保7平方米以上的换热面积。
参照图4,箱板1之间采用坡口焊。参照图5,加强筋5与箱板1之间两边底角焊接。参照图6,集束管穿过箱板通过氩弧焊焊接在风箱上,确保不漏风。
通风时,常温助氧风在鼓风机产生的压力下由冷风管4进入进风箱6,分布到阵列式各集束管2中,高温烟气布满阵列式各集束管2外壁,与助氧风在管内的流向相反,以集束管壁为介质,加热管内的助氧风,加热后的助氧风进入出风箱6,经分风管进入炉壁外,最后由喷风管将加热后的助氧风喷入燃烧室。由于进入燃烧室的助氧风温度高达400℃以上,可以大幅降低燃料消耗,加快炉膛温度升高。
该预热器不管烟气温度高低,都能瞬间提高助氧风温度,何况火化机及垃圾炉燃烧时的烟气温度基本上是稳定的;压力,助氧风鼓风机的压力一般都在11000Pa至13000Pa之间,压力大时流速快,加热差一点,压力相对小时流速稍慢,加热效果稍好一点;冷炉开炉后,由于炉膛和烟道处于蓄热高峰,烟气温度在开炉后的15分钟至20分钟内一般在700℃以下,20分钟以后,温度就比较恒定;使用寿命可达4年以上。

1.一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器,其特征是包括阵列式集束管和2个风箱,为进风箱和出风箱,阵列式集束管两端与两个风箱连通,在进风箱上安装有冷风管,在出风箱上部和下部各装一个热风管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种焚烧炉蜂窝式预热器,其特征是集束管均匀布满烟道截面或再燃室截面。
