本实用新型涉及集成电路封装技术领域，特别涉及一种集成电路封装引线框结构，具体涉及一种TSSOP8封装引线框结构。
背景技术
集成电路封装时必须用到引线框结构，现有的TSSOP8封装引线框结构，由于受之前的技术所限，一排只能设置五个引线框单元，一片TSSOP8封装引线框结构上可以装100只电路，每模最多可以封八片TSSOP8封装引线框结构，这样每模最多可以出电路800只，因而效率有待提高。由于芯片封装已经趋于微利化，因此如何提高封装效率、节约成本已经成为不可回避的问题。因此，现有的TSSOP8封装引线框结构已经不能满足需求，需要改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的TSSOP8封装引线框结构，使得封装效率可以提高。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
TSSOP8封装引线框结构，包括基板和若干引线框单元，所述引线框单元八个为一排，并分成若干排设置在所述基板上。
进一步的，所述引线框单元每两排为一组，分成若干组设置在所述基板上。
更进一步的，所述引线框单元共有二十组，整齐排列在所述基板上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于每排设置了八个引线框单元，相比现有五排结构的TSSOP8封装引线框结构，生产效率提高大大提高，从而大大降低了人工成本；同时还能够有效降低用电量以及树脂的用量，因而技术效果明显。

具体实施方式
TSSOP8封装引线框结构的设计，最主要就是要解决几排电路之间的排列问题，既要尽可能减少电路分页有效面积，从而节省铜材，又要考虑到整条电路封装时的可靠性。本具体实施方式的TSSOP8封装引线框结构如图1和图2所示，包括一块矩形的基板1，以及排布于基板1上的若干引线框单元2。且由图1清楚可见，引线框单元2每八个为一排。由图2可见，每两排引线框单元2为一组。为了附图的线条清晰可见，图2采用了省略画法，图3为图2中A局部的局部放大图，由图3可见单个引线框单元2。
一条TSSOP8封装引线框结构上，在整个基板1上排布有20组计40排引线框单元2，这样每块TSSOP8封装引线框结构上的引线框单元2共计320个，可装320只电路。而每模可出8片TSSOP8封装引线框结构，可出电路数达到2560只，相比现有5排结构的TSSOP8封装引线框结构，生产效率提高220％，从而大大降低了人工成本，同时也能够有效降低用电量以及树脂的用量，因而技术效果明显。
