技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车调节器，特别是汽车调节器用散热板固定结构。
背景技术
现有调节器散热板的固定方式主要有：散热板直接注塑在支架上(少数)、做成调节器半成品用铆钉或螺杆固定在支架上、散热板与支架通过胶固定连接(多数)。散热板直接注塑在支架上：要求散热板的有些尺寸精度高；注塑模具复杂，易出现注塑不满的问题，造成成本浪费；焊接时为平面焊接，易出现虚焊问题。做成调节器半成品用铆钉或螺杆固定在支架上：适用于一些端子定义简单及一些特殊的产品。散热板与支架通过胶固定连接：多数调节器采用此固定方式，散热板可以是压住板、钣金板和型材板，注塑模具相对简单，易焊接。但当散热板及上面的电子元器件过重时，仅用胶固定可能达不到要求，存在散热板脱落的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的不足，提供一种汽车调节器用散热板固定结构，该结构能增加产品的可靠性，提高产品寿命。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种汽车调节器散热板固定结构，由调节器支架、散热板、圆孔、热熔柱组成。其特征是：在调节器支架上装有散热板，在散热板上设有圆孔，在调节器支架上设有两个凸出的热熔塑料圆柱；调节器支架上的两个热熔塑料柱与散热板上的圆孔配合，形成旋铆形凸点固定散热板。
有益效果：通过塑料的热熔固定散热板相当于增加了一道刚性连接，当胶的粘合力不足或长时间胶失效后两个热熔柱还能固定散热板，提高了产品的可靠性及寿命。

参照图1、图2和图3中，本实用新型包括调节器支架1、散热板2、圆孔3、热熔柱4。在调节器支架1上装有散热板2，在散热板2上设有圆孔3，在调节器支架1上设有两个凸出的热熔塑料圆柱4；调节器支架1上的两个热熔塑料圆柱4与散热板2上的圆孔3配合，形成旋铆形凸点固定散热板。
