为克服上述缺点，本实用新型的目的是设计一种卷边网眼钢背。它的技术方案为：卷边网眼衬板上密布喇叭口状拉伸孔，用铆钉把卷边网眼衬板与金属背板牢固地铆在一起或点焊在一起。该实用新型的优点是：结构简单巧妙，构思合理别致，通过普通冲压工艺将薄板拉伸成特殊需要的形状牢牢将摩擦材料与钢背结合在一起。加工简单、成本低。
