本实用新型涉及一种出料装置，尤其是一种模具冲压出料装置。
背景技术
模具在企业使用十分广泛。模具冲压形成产品后需要从凹模内出料。对于较大产品的出料多是操作人员手工从凹模内把成形产品取出。上述出料方式的缺点是由于产品往往与凹模紧紧挤压在一起，人工出料非常困难，因此出料效率低，其次在模具内人工出料，对操作人员来说也不安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有模具人工出料效率低和不安全的问题，提供一种效率高、安全性好的横具顶出出料装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：模具顶出出料装置，其特征是它包括用来固定凹模的支架、铰接在支架上的汽缸和与汽缸活塞杆相连的连杆，凹模凹槽两侧设有两个通孔，通孔内设有顶杆，顶杆的下端置于固定在支架底部的滑槽内，使得顶杆能够沿滑槽上下滑动；两顶杆之间固连接有横杆；所述的连杆呈L形，拐角处铰接在凹模下方，前端与横杆活动连接，后端与汽缸活塞杆相连。
采用上述技术方案，当冲压完成后，起动汽缸，活塞杆伸出，挤压连杆，使连杆的另一端推动横杆向上升起，与横杆固连的两个顶杆也将沿滑槽向上升起，并顶起工件，完成出料工作。
综上所述，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型采用驱动装置进行出料，因此出料效率大大提高，同时由于不需手工出料，安全性大大提高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型模具顶出出料装置，如图1、图2所示，它包括用来固定凹模2的支架1、铰接在支架1上的汽缸4和与汽缸4活塞杆相连的连杆6，凹模2凹槽两侧设有两个通孔，通孔内设有顶杆5，顶杆5的下端置于固定在支架1底部的滑槽7内，使得顶杆5能够沿滑槽7上下滑动；两顶杆5之间固连接有横杆8；所述的连杆6呈L形，拐角处铰接在凹模2下方，前端与横杆8活动连接，后端与汽缸4活塞杆相连。
本实用新型的汽缸4也可采用其他机械驱动的方式完成。
