本实用新型公开了一种制动器气室支架，由法兰、轴套和角铁构成，其创新点在于：所述制动器气室支架为分体式，轴套的上端焊接有角铁，下端焊接有法兰。以上结构的优点在于：将目前市场上常用的制动器气室支架由原来的一个部件改为现在的三个部件通过焊接连接，这样，在具体制造时，就不局限于以铸铁为原料，可以将钢等质地较硬的材料引进，从而达到提高本实用新型的强度。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车制动器气室支架，具体涉及一种由轴套、角铁、法兰焊接连接而成的汽车制动器气室支架。
背景技术
目前市场上的汽车制动器气室支架均由铸铁一次铸造成型构成，该一次成型的工艺使得支架的强度不够，在使用过程易断裂，给汽车使用带来极不安全的隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要任务在于提供一种制动器气室支架，具体涉及一种强度较高的制动器气室支架。
为了解决以上技术问题，本实用新型的一种制动器气室支架，由法兰、轴套和角铁构成，其特征在于：所述轴套的上端焊接有角铁，下端焊接有法兰。
所述轴套与角铁焊接的焊接面下方斜焊有加强筋。
所述角铁为L型，在折角处的上下面之间焊接有加强筋。
以上结构的优点在于：将目前市场上常用的制动器气室支架由原来的一个部件改为现在的三个部件通过焊接连接，这样，在具体制造时，就不局限于以铸铁为原料，可以将钢等质地较硬的材料引进，从而达到提高本实用新型的强度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由角铁1、轴套2、法兰3构成。
如图所示，角铁1的截面为L型，其竖直设置的平面与水平设置的平面之间，在折角处用加强筋4固定连接，该处的加强筋4为2个或两个以上。
上述角铁1通过焊接方式连接在轴套2的上端。为了使角铁1与轴套2连接更稳定，在角铁1与轴套2焊接的平面下方与轴套2之间还斜焊有加强筋5。
轴套2的下端也是采用焊接的方式连接有法兰3。
具体应用时，轴套2内套有制动器的主轴，法兰3与制动器连接，角铁1与气室连接即可。

1.一种制动器气室支架，由法兰、轴套和角铁构成，其特征在于：所述轴套的上端焊接有角铁，下端焊接有法兰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制动器气室支架，其特征在于：所述轴套与角铁焊接的焊接面下方斜焊有加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种制动器气室支架，其特征在于：所述角铁为L型，在折角处的上下面之间焊接有加强筋。
