背景技术
目前,我国铁路罐车的外加温套式加热结构采用支铁和薄钢板在罐体外部下半部组焊为一夹套式结构。支铁采用角钢压制成型,主要由环向支铁和纵向支铁组成。纵向支铁和外侧环向支铁有两种连接方式:一种是纵向支铁和环向支铁直接对接,对接处为直角过渡。该结构应力集中明显,存在多条焊缝交汇,不易施焊,焊接残余应力较大,容易形成焊接缺陷,造成焊缝开裂,加温套整体外观不好。另一种为圆弧形过渡支铁,该结构在纵向支铁和环向支铁间增加一个圆弧形过渡支铁,该结构改善了支铁连接处的应力分布,便于施焊,保证了焊接质量。过渡支铁为空间圆弧结构,该过渡支铁采用角钢压型而成,制造难度大,制造质量难以保证,支铁组焊时的稳定性不好,影响加温套的组装质量。

为了解决背景技术中所存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种支铁连接件,连接件为截面为U形的空间圆弧连接件,焊接稳定性好,有效保证焊接质量。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:支铁连接件,其特殊之处在于:所述支铁连接件是空间圆弧形支铁连接件,所述支铁连接件的截面形状是U形。 
上述支铁连接件的外侧面的弧度大于内侧面的弧度。 
本实用新型的支铁连接件,连接件采用截面为U形的圆弧连接件,这种圆弧过渡的方式,其两个支铁边与罐体进行焊接时,稳定性好,可以有效保证加温套的组装质量;圆弧过渡的连接方式,有效改善支铁连接处的应力分布,便于施焊,保证了焊接质量。本实用新型的支铁连接件结构简单,便于制造,质 量容易保证。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型提出的支铁连接件,支铁连接件3的形状是空间圆弧形,其截面形状是U形,结构简单,易于铸造成型,另外,支铁连接件3的外侧面30的弧度大于内侧面31的弧度,结构更加稳定。 
参见图3,本实用新型的具体实施方式,支铁连接件3设置在罐车加热装置的纵向支铁1和环向支铁2之间,连接部分都设置支铁连接件3,由于支铁连接件3为U形结构,加热装置与罐体组焊时支铁连接件3的两个支铁边与罐体焊接,稳定性好,可以有效保证加温套的组装质量。
