背景技术：
目前，公知电饭锅盛米饭的内锅是单层铁皮制成，锅盖也是单层铁皮，这样的电饭锅烧开的热量会从锅帮锅盖散失。
发明内容：
现有电饭锅内锅和锅盖都是单层体，本实用新型的节能电饭锅，该锅不仅煮饭快，而且还具有较长时间保持锅里的饭热。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在单层铁皮内锅底边，另增加略大于内锅的外锅帮，将双层内锅里空气抽成真空状后封闭，锅盖也制成双层真空状，使电饭锅具有更节能和更保温效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以使做饭时间更短，使饭在锅里保温时间更长，可以在寒冷季节做一次饭能保证几顿饭不凉。
