Abstract
本发明公开了节能保温锅,包括锅体、锅盖和底座,其特征在于,所述锅体包括保温锅身和设于保温锅身之下的导热锅底,所述保温锅身为双层真空结构,所述导热锅底内设有一导热金属块。本发明结构简单,使用方便,由于在锅底内外层之间设有导热金属块,煮东西时导热金属块转热快而均匀,同时由于双层结构的保温效果,使散热慢,所以煮东西时加热时间大大缩短,达到了节省能源的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种炊具,特别涉及一种具有双层真空结构的节能保温锅。
背景技术
目前人们广泛使用的锅具的锅体都是采用单层金属材料做成的,由于金属材料是热能的良导体,因而保温性差,热能损失较多。为了保温都是将加热好的东西放在保温盒里,这没能起到节约能源的效果。目前市面上还没有可以煮东西的双层真空锅具。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种加热效果好的新型节能保温锅。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
节能保温锅,包括锅体、锅盖和底座,所述锅体包括保温锅身和设于保温锅身之下的导热锅底,所述保温锅身为双层真空结构,所述导热锅底内设有一导热金属块。
作为优选,所述导热锅底为双层结构,其底部内外层之间包覆有一导热金属块,所述导热锅底焊接于保温锅身之下。
作为优选,所述保温锅身和导热锅底为一整体的双层真空结构,所述导热金属块设于导热锅底的内层和外层之间。
作为优选,所述金属块为铝块。
作为优选,所述锅体、锅盖和底座有不锈钢材料制成。
作为优选,所述锅盖为双层真空结构。
作为优选,所述底座为双层真空结构。
进一步,所述座体上设有凹槽,其大小与导热锅底相适应。
进一步,所述锅盖内侧边缘设有密封胶圈。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)结构简单,使用方便;(2)由于在锅底内外层之间设有金属块,提高了锅体的转热效果,节省了能源,同时由于有保温效果,在煮一般食物时,如水、粥,加热时间相对较少,经实验证明,要比普通锅具节约10-20%的能源,在煲汤或粥时,要比普通锅具节约50以上%的能源。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的节能保温锅,包括锅盖1、锅体2和底座3,所述锅盖1、锅体2和底座3由不锈钢材料制成。所述锅体2包括保温锅身21和导热锅底22组成,导热锅底22位于保温锅身21下端,并与保温锅身21密封连接,所述保温锅身21为双层真空结构。作为本发明的一种实施方式,导热锅底22为双层结构,其内外层之间包覆有一金属块4。本发明优选的金属块为铝块4。
如图2所示,所述锅盖1内侧边缘设有密封胶圈11。
如图2所示,所述底座3为双层真空结构。座体3上设有凹槽31,其大小与导热锅底22相适应。
实施例2
本发明另一种实施方式中的保温锅身21’和导热锅底22’为一整体的双层真空结构。铝块4’设于导热锅底22’内外层之间。其他结构与实施例1相同。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。
Claims (9)
1.节能保温锅,包括锅体、锅盖和底座,其特征在于,所述锅体包括保温锅身和设于保温锅身之下的导热锅底,所述保温锅身为双层真空结构,所述导热锅底内设有一导热金属块。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述导热锅底为双层结构,其内外层之间包覆有一导热金属块,所述导热锅底焊接于保温锅身之下。
3.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述保温锅身和导热锅底为一整体的双层真空结构,所述导热金属块设于导热锅底的内层和外层之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述金属块为铝块。
5.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述锅体、锅盖和底座由不锈钢材料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述锅盖为双层真空结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述底座为双层真空结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述座体上设有凹槽,其大小与导热锅底相适应。
9.如权利要求1所述的节能保温锅,所述锅盖内侧边缘设有密封胶圈。
