为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括锅体、重合在该锅体上的多个蒸笼、盖在顶层蒸笼上的锅盖；锅体的锅壁、蒸笼的笼壁、以及锅盖均为内部填充有保温隔热材料的空心夹层结构。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于在传统蒸煮锅的基础上，将锅体、蒸笼以及锅盖改为了具有保温隔热功能的空心夹层结构，并在该空心夹层层中填充了保温隔热材料，因此有效地避免了热量散失，缩短了加热时间、降低了能耗。
