本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在单层铁皮的壶体周围，铰连略大于内层壶体的外层壶体，将双层壶中间空气抽成真空状后封闭，壶盖和壶嘴也制出双层真空状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以缩短烧水时间和在壶里较长时间保温，能大大节约能源。
