本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:用不锈钢铁制出双层边缘相互铰连真空封闭锅盖,锅帮制出双层真空封闭锅帮,锅底制出单层平锅底。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以用更少的能源,将锅里食物做熟,而且能保住锅里食物长时间温热不凉。
