电磁炉专用锅节能套,能显著的降低烹饪过程中锅从外壁耗散的热能,提高能量的利用率,缩短烹饪时间,对锅内的食物有一定的保温作用。本新型的技术方案是:在电磁炉专用锅的外壁四周套上含有热的不良导体的保温层,形成节能套,本新型与锅的外壁是可轻易分离的。本新型的外层由耐高温塑料或铝合金制成能套上锅的外壁的曲面密闭空腔体,该空腔体的底部能让锅底露出,它的上部略低于锅的上沿,各处厚度约几厘米。该空腔体内可抽成真空,或向其中填充密度较小的起绝热作用的纤维。为了更加节约成本,本新型也可用具有防水和耐高温性能的热的不良导体压制成不含空腔体的上述形状。

本新型涉及一种节能用品,尤其是一种电磁炉专用锅节能套。 
背景技术
绝大多数家庭在电磁炉上使用的锅为厚底单层铁质锅,烹饪过程中铁质锅产生热能中的很大一部分会从锅的外壁耗散,严重降低能量的利用效率,延长食物的烹饪时间,加工好的食物在锅中也很快会降温,给就餐带来不便。
发明内容
本电磁炉专用锅节能套能显著的降低烹饪过程中锅从外壁耗散的热能,提高能量的利用率,缩短烹饪时间,对锅内的食物有一定的保温作用。本新型的技术方案是:在电磁炉专用锅的外壁四周套上含有热的不良导体的保温层,形成节能套,本新型与锅的外壁是可轻易分离的。本新型的外层由耐高温塑料或铝合金制成能套上锅的外壁的曲面密闭空腔体,该空腔体的底部能让锅底露出,它的上部略低于锅的上沿,各处厚度约几厘米。该空腔体内可抽成真空,或向其中填充密度较小的起绝热作用的纤维。为了更加节约成本,本新型也可用具有防水和耐高温性能的热的不良导体压制成不含空腔体的上述形状。本新型能显著降低锅的热量从外壁向四周传递。本新型的外形为了适应不同的锅而有多种样式。由于本新型与锅及电磁炉均是独立关系,不会增加锅和电磁炉的制造成本,更不会改变锅和电磁炉的原有结构,值得锅厂或电磁炉厂作为配套产品推广。

具体实施方式:电磁炉专用锅节能套利用耐高温塑料或铝合金制成能套上相应外形的电磁炉专用锅的外壁的曲面密闭空腔体,空腔体的底部锅底露出,它的上部略低于锅的上沿,各处厚度约几厘米。该空腔体内可抽成真空,或向其中填充密度较小的起绝热作用的纤维。为了更加节约成本,本新型也可用具有防水和耐高温性能的热的不良导体压制成不含空腔体的上述形状。本新型的外形除了有如图1和2两种外还有其它样式。本新型的重量轻并且套上锅的外壁后能与锅轻易分离。

1. 电磁炉专用锅节能套的特征是:由耐高温塑料或铝合金制成能套上锅的外壁的曲面密闭空腔体,该空腔体的底部能让锅底露出,它的上部略低于锅的上沿,各处厚度约几厘米。
2.如权利1所述的新型的特征是:其空腔体内可抽成真空,或向其中填充密度较小的起绝热作用的纤维。
3.如权利1所述的新型的特征是:电磁炉专用锅节能套与锅是可轻易分离的。
4.如权利1所述的新型的特征是:也可以用具有防水和耐高温性能的热的不良导体压制而成(不含空腔体)。
