背景技术
目前使用的电缆双绞机普遍为双节距绞对机,其机构由两大部份组成:其一是外置两个单线放线架,其二是绞体,采用上述结构的双绞机,两次对绞过程出现的绞距分布不均匀,因此用现在的双绞机无法满足生产所需,尤其是无法进行高性能的数据电缆生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种无引取双绞机,线材经绞弓两次绞合后再经收线盘收线,具有稳定的节距,收放线张力稳定,收线线盘不受限制,减少了引取轮绕线的转角,适用于各种被覆电线的绞合,可减小绞合过程中对绝缘单线的影响,从而保证产品的性能和质量。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案。
无引取双绞机,包括:
一主机架,其左端设有左主轴机构,其右端设有右主轴机构,其底部设有主传动机构,左主轴机构和有主轴机构均设有空心主轴;
一主动电机,主动电机设于主机架左端,其转轴通过传动皮带与左主轴机构的空心主轴连接;
一摇篮架,设于左主轴机构和右主轴机构之间,摇篮架左端装配于左主轴机构上,右端装配于右主轴机构上,其右端还设有一个排线机构;
一绞弓,设于于左主轴机构和右主轴机构之间,摇篮架左端装配于左主轴机构的空心主轴上,右端装配于右主轴机构的空心主轴上;
一收线线盘,轴设于摇篮架上;
一收线传动机构,设于收线线盘和右主轴机构之间。
作为上述技术方案的改进,收线线盘一端设有可拆的收线顶头。
和现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
线材经绞弓两次绞合后再经收线盘收线,具有稳定的节距,收放线张力稳定,收线线盘不受限制,减少了引取轮绕线的转角,适用于各种被覆电线的绞合,可减小绞合过程中对绝缘单线的影响,从而保证产品的性能和质量。

一主机架1,其左端设有左主轴机构2,其右端设有右主轴机构3,其底部设有主传动机构4,左主轴机构2和有主轴机构3均设有空心主轴;
一主动电机5,主动电机5设于主机架1左端,其转轴通过传动皮带与左主轴机构2的空心主轴连接;
一摇篮架6,设于左主轴机构2和右主轴机构3之间,摇篮架左端装配于左主轴机构2上,右端装配于右主轴机构3上,其右端还设有一个排线机构7;
一绞弓8,设于于左主轴机构2和右主轴机构3之间,绞弓8左端装配于左主轴机构的空心主轴上,右端装配于右主轴机构的空心主轴上;
一收线线盘9,轴设于摇篮架6上,收线线盘9一端设有可拆的收线顶头91;
一收线传动机构10,设于收线线盘9和右主轴机构3之间。

1.无引取双绞机,其特征在于,包括:
一主机架,其左端设有左主轴机构,其右端设有右主轴机构,其底部设有主传动机构,左主轴机构和有主轴机构均设有空心主轴;
一主动电机,主动电机设于主机架左端,其转轴通过传动皮带与左主轴机构的空心主轴连接;
一摇篮架,设于左主轴机构和右主轴机构之间,摇篮架左端装配于左主轴机构上,右端装配于右主轴机构上,其右端还设有一个排线机构;
一绞弓,设于于左主轴机构和右主轴机构之间,摇篮架左端装配于左主轴机构的空心主轴上,右端装配于右主轴机构的空心主轴上;
一收线线盘,轴设于摇篮架上;
一收线传动机构,设于收线线盘和右主轴机构之间。
