技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种光缆护套循环冷却系统,用于光缆护套挤出后的冷却。
背景技术:
为了达到光缆在护套挤出后的冷却,防止其在使用过程中的再收缩,光缆必须在护套生产线上充分冷却。为了达到此目的,往往需要很长的冷却水槽,占用了很大的车间场地,而且也消耗了更多的冷却水。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种光缆护套循环冷却系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种光缆护套循环冷却系统,设有冷却水槽,所述冷却水槽左、右两侧分别设有护套挤出机和牵引机,所述护套挤出机左侧设有光缆缆芯放线盘,牵引机右侧设有光缆缆芯收线盘,所述冷却水槽内至少设有二个导轮。
本实用新型与现有技术先比:节省了水槽长度、用水量和宝贵的车间场地。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
一种光缆护套循环冷却系统,设有冷却水槽1,所述冷却水槽1左、右两侧分别设有护套挤出机2和牵引机3,所述护套挤出机2左侧设有光缆缆芯放线盘4,牵引机3右侧设有光缆缆芯收线盘5,所述冷却水槽1两端各设有一导轮6。
使用时,光缆缆芯7分别由光缆缆芯放线盘4穿过护套挤出机2的机头、水槽1、导轮6、牵引机3、光缆缆芯收线盘5,最终由光缆缆芯收线盘5收集。光缆缆芯7在冷却水槽1中完成第一次冷却后通过导轮6折返后在冷却水槽1中进行第二次冷却,达到充分冷却的目的。

1.一种光缆护套循环冷却系统,设有冷却水槽(1),所述冷却水槽(1)左、右两侧分别设有护套挤出机(2)和牵引机(3),所述护套挤出机(2)左侧设有光缆缆芯放线盘(4),牵引机(3)右侧设有光缆缆芯收线盘(5),其特征是:所述冷却水槽(1)内至少设有二个导轮(6)。
