背景技术
发动机胶垫主要用在重型卡车上，作为发动机悬挂减振装置，用于发动机与车架的连接并起到减震、缓冲的作用。目前奔驰重型卡车的发动机胶垫外壳系先采用钢板冲压成所需形状的零件，然后再由焊夹具将8个相关零件组焊成型，该发动机胶垫外壳的工艺复杂、重量重、造价较高；由于组成该发动机胶垫外壳的零件在冲压时易产生裂纹，在焊接时会出现虚焊等原因，使用过程中易产生开裂、变形，其抗压强度和减震性能受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种发动机胶垫，它可以克服现有技术的不足，使产品在满足使用条件的情况下具有制造工艺简单、重量轻、可靠性高的优点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下途径来实现的：一种发动机胶垫，包括内胆、隔板、橡胶、外壳、底座和螺栓，其结构特点为：外壳为整体式，由铝锌合金压铸成型。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种发动机胶垫，其外壳为整体式，由铝锌合金压铸成型，工艺简单、生产效率高，重量轻(减轻的重量相当于提高卡车的载重量)、抗压强度和减震性能好，外观光洁新颖，使用过程中不会产生开裂、变形现象，可靠性高，造价稍低。
