随着技术的发展以及人们对环保意识的增强,人们不直接燃烧生物质秸秆来获取热能量,而是将生物质秸秆转化为燃气,通过燃气的燃烧来获取热量,这样能高效利用热量并解决空气污染,达到环保要求,使能源再生,变废为宝。但是目前与秸秆制气炉配套使用的进风管炉蓖子是大面供氧,氧风管理不集中供氧不合理,缺少强制直射供氧,产气不良,产气不稳,易烧空,结渣多,容易堵塞,浪费燃料,存在焦油燃烧不尽,堵塞管道、堵塞燃烧器、火力弱、断火停火、污染空气、使用不方便等缺点。

本实用新型提供一种生物质气化环保节能炉进风管,用于解决普通气化炉存在的炉蓖子是大面供氧,氧风管理不集中供氧不合理,缺少强制直射供氧,产气不良,产气不稳,易烧空,结渣多,容易堵塞,浪费燃料,焦油燃烧不尽,堵塞管道、堵塞燃烧器、火力弱、断火停火,污染空气、使用不方便等问题。

在气化炉的底部安装一条进风管,替代现有的炉蓖子,进风管位于炉子中心从左到右突出穿通,并焊接,进风管管体1上面打5个圆孔为吹风口2,进风管1一端突出炉子设有扣盖3,另一端安装鼓风机4,进风管采用的材料为铁。
