背景技术
现有技术的LED筒灯,为解决其大功率LED的散热问题,灯体一般采用压铸铝或精车铝工艺加工,因此款式比较单调,加工成本高。现有技术的普通筒灯,大量采用了冲压、引伸等工艺技术,款式丰富,加工成本低,模具多,但得不到充分利用。
发明内容
本实用新型考虑到大功率LED的散热问题,可以采用更专业有效的高倍率散热铝型材来解决,并充分利用现有普通筒灯的铝灯杯、铝灯罩等共同散热,设计了一种衔接块,采用高热传导铝合金制成,其上部与高倍率散热铝型材连接,中部与普通铝灯杯连接,下部与大功率LED芯片连接,在它们的接触面上涂敷导热膏,螺丝拧紧,保障良好的导热,从而提高了导热效率,减小了体积,降低了成本。同时还可以充分利用普通筒灯的大量模具,丰富了LED筒灯的款式。

实施例:一款改进的15W LED筒灯,附图中衔接块(4)采用高热传导铝合金制成,其上部与散热铝型材(3)连接,中部与铝灯杯(6)连接,下部与大功率LED芯片(5)连接,在它们的接触面上涂敷导热膏,螺丝拧紧,保障良好导热。将驱动器(2)、灯罩(7)、弧面玻璃(8)和后盖(1)按设计位置安装。
