Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架、中挡圈;保持架上设有锁点;所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出凸边,该凸边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点。它滚子长度较长、滚子直径较大和滚子数较多,从而提高了轴承额定负荷、增加了轴承使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体是一种双列球面滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有的冲压保持器双列球面滚子轴承如图1所示,包括外圈(1)、内圈(3)、保持架(4)、滚子(2)、中挡圈(5)。其中保持器,都是冲压碗型保持架(CC型,如图2所示),保持架的锁点(41)设置如图2所示。采用这两种保持架的轴承,由于保持架的结构和强度的限制,滚子的长度不能过长,滚子的的直径不能过大,滚子数不能过多,所以这两种轴承的额定负荷相对较低,因而影响了轴承的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双列球面滚子轴承,它的滚子长度长、滚子直径加大、滚子数多,从而额定负荷提高,轴承使用寿命延长。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架、中挡圈;保持架上设有锁点;所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出翻边,该翻边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点。
该轴承保持架上的翻边及锁点的设置,使得保持的端面与窗孔之间的距离缩小,从而使滚子的长度可以加长,即提高了轴承的承载能力。
作为本实用新型的进一步的技术方案:
在该双列球面滚子轴承中,所述的中挡圈设置在外圈、保持架的翻边之间。
这样,中挡圈靠近外圈设置,可以改善滚子端面与中挡圈斜面接触处的润滑条件,从而减小了滚子与中挡圈之间的滑动摩擦。
在该双列球面滚子轴承中,滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径。即保持架的梁宽缩小,这样可以增加滚子的数量。
本实用新型的有益效果是:它较CC型轴承,滚子长度较长、滚子直径较大和滚子数较多,该轴承的额定载荷比同型号的CC型轴承的额定载荷平均提高了25%~35%,因而在同等条件下轴承的寿命同比CC型轴承增加了2.1~2.7倍。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,该双列球面滚子轴承包括外圈6、内圈8、滚子7、保持架9、中挡圈10。
保持架9上与内圈8中部对应的一端,如图4、图5所示,保持架9口部冲压成型后进行翻边,形成沿轴承径向向外沿伸出的翻边92。该翻边92朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点91。翻边92的设置及锁点91位置的设置使得保持架的端面93与窗孔之间的距离b2比现有技术中的b1(如图2所示)要小的多,从而使滚子7的长度比图1中滚子2的长度长,即提高了轴承的承载能力。
此外,该轴承的保持架9采用优质高强度冷轧钢板冲压而成,这样可允许保持架减小梁宽,使滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径,这有助于增加滚子的数量,可以比CC型轴承多出2~4颗滚子,从而进一步提高了轴承的承载能力、延长了使用寿命。
如图3所示,在该轴承中,中挡圈10设置在外圈6、保持架的翻边92之间。这样,中挡圈10靠近外圈6设置,可以改善滚子7端面与中挡圈10斜面接触处的润滑条件,从而减小了滚子7与中挡圈10之间的滑动摩擦。

1、一种双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架、中挡圈;保持架上设有锁点,其特征是:所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出翻边,该翻边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点,锁点与滚子端面配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种双列球面滚子轴承,其特征是:所述的中挡圈设置在外圈与保持架的翻边之间。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双列球面滚子轴承,其特征是:滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径。
