本实用新型公开了一种背衬轴承,包括整体式外圈(01)、整体式内圈(02)、位于轴承两端面的平挡圈(12)、内外圈之间的三列滚子,以及用于限定滚子的保持架。其中,一列外侧滚子限定在第二保持架(26)中,另两列滚子由第一保持架(06)限定;所述内圈(02)内孔柱面中部设置两个平行的环形排油槽;外圈(01)两侧端面成环形台阶槽状,外缘台面凸出。本实用新型结构合理、提高了安全性,是一种适用于高速运转冷轧机的圆柱滚子轴承。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承。
背景技术
背衬轴承是多辊冷轧机、矫直机专用轴承,当然也可用于其它场合。问题在于背衬轴承是外圈特别厚的滚动轴承,用于工作辊上,工作辊上的压力通过中间辊传递到支承锟并通过鞍座系统传递到机架,现有技术的此类轴承价格比较昂贵,结构不尽合理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种选材优良、表面改性技术及新的设计理念结构合理、寿命提高安全可靠的适用于高速运转的冷轧机的圆柱滚子轴承。
本发明轴承,是包括整体式外圈、整体式内圈、位于轴承两端面的平挡圈、内外圈之间的三列滚子,以及用于限定滚子的保持架。其中,一列外侧滚子限定在第二保持架中,另两列滚子由第一保持架限定;内圈内孔柱面中部设置两个平行的环形排油槽;外圈两侧端面成环形台阶槽状,外缘台面凸出。
其中,本发明轴承的内圈、外圈、滚动体、均采用渗碳钢GCr15钢采用贝氏体淬火,内圈、外圈均设有挡边,外圈加厚且为异型,内圈为圆环形,内圈内径有两排油孔,内圈两侧设有平挡圈。
本发明轴承选材优良采用GCr15采用贝氏体淬火,可提高轴承额定负荷,延长轴承使用寿命;轴承的额定寿命可提高二倍以上;具有结构设计合理、节约资源的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种背衬轴承,包括整体式外圈01、整体式内圈02、位于轴承两端面的平挡圈12、内外圈之间的三列滚子,以及用于限定滚子的保持架。三列滚子间隔设置,一列外侧滚子限定在第二保持架26中,另两列滚子由第一保持架06限定。内圈02内孔柱面中部设置两个平行的环形排油槽;外圈01两侧端面成环形台阶槽状,外缘台面凸出。

1、一种背衬轴承,其特征在于,包括整体式外圈(01)、整体式内圈(02)、位于轴承两端面的平挡圈(12)、内外圈之间的三列滚子,以及用于限定滚子的保持架;其中,
三列滚子间隔设置,一列外侧滚子限定在第二保持架(26)中,另两列滚子由第一保持架(06)限定;
所述内圈(02)内孔柱面中部设置两个平行的环形排油槽;
所述外圈(01)两侧端面成环形台阶槽状,外缘台面凸出。
