背景技术:
导卫是将线材钢坯压制成不同规格线材的一种装置,轴承时其关键部位,轴承的质量直接影响到轧制线材的产品质量。一条线材生产线由若干个导卫组成,线材钢坯每经过一个导卫,其形状会发生改变,直至轧制出成品线材。由于导卫应用到钢厂线材车间生产线上,所以应用环境十分恶劣,杂质多,当轧制完一根线材钢坯后,另一根钢坯会重新进入导卫,对导卫具有很大的冲击力,而这个冲击力最后直接作用到轴承上,因此在目前其导卫中所用轴承一般是使用4至8小时候就需要进行更换,其更换量不仅大,而且其更换需要将轴承从导卫的导辊中拆卸下来进行重新安装,非常繁琐,降低了生产效率。
而且其导辊一般为普通的铸铁和碳钢,其上的导卫槽表面工作时间久后就容易磨损,需要将整个导辊更换,耗材非常严重。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种一体式导卫圆锥滚子轴承,它使轴承和导辊合为一体,方便更换,提高更换的效率,同时,其增加了轴承的使用寿命和使用时间,降低导辊上的磨损,提高整体的使用寿命,降低耗材。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是:

所述导卫槽为弧形槽,金属陶瓷层插套在导卫槽中,金属陶瓷层上成型有阶梯孔,固定螺栓插套在阶梯孔中并螺接在导卫槽的底面上,固定螺栓的顶端面低于金属陶瓷层的底部上表面。
所述间隙为0.1mm至1mm。

1、与现有技术相比,它在内圈的滚道的侧壁底部成型有环形凸起部,圆锥滚子的小端面在环形凸起部前方,圆锥滚子的小端面与环形凸起部之间具有间隙,间隙为0.1mm至1mm,保证了圆锥滚子即可以具有一定的间距进行调节,而且可以提高防止圆锥滚子被卡住而使轴承损坏。
2、它使轴承和导辊合为一体,方便更换,提高更换的效率,同时,其增加了轴承的使用寿命和使用时间,降低导辊上的磨损,提高整体的使用寿命,降低耗材。
3、金属陶瓷层更换方便,提高使用寿命。

所述内圈2包括两个子内圈,两个子内圈之间设有隔套7,隔套7的两端面压靠在两个子内圈的内侧端面上,两个子内圈的外侧壁上成型有滚道,两列圆锥滚子3在滚道中。
所述导卫槽12为弧形槽,金属陶瓷层13插套在导卫槽12中,金属陶瓷层13上成型有阶梯孔131,固定螺栓10插套在阶梯孔131中并螺接在导卫槽12的底面上,固定螺栓10的顶端面低于金属陶瓷层13的底部上表面。
所述间隙26为0.1mm至1mm。
本轴承在使用时,当轴承部件损坏时只需要将整个轴承一起拆卸下来即可,无需将轴承的其他部位从导辊1中单独拆卸,其更换简单方便,同时,本导卫球轴承的导辊1的导卫槽12损坏时,只要将金属陶瓷层13从导卫槽12中卸下更换即可,而无需将导辊1单独拆卸更换,非常方便,降低耗材。
