轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,具有两个单列内圈,一个双列外圈,两个内圈间设内隔圈,在内、外圈间设多个滚子,并有保持架。为解决现有轴承冲击载荷大,转速高、轴承寿命短、换辊消耗时间长等问题,采用公司独创的《滚动轴承极限设计方法》,提供了两种新型号轴承的外形尺寸及结构要素取值,本设计实现了在满足设计强度及工艺加工要求条件下,设计的滚动体直径最大,长度最长,轴承的额定动载荷值最高,轴承的计算寿命最长。满足了客户对轴承长寿命及降低使用成本的要求。属大型轴承。用于钢铁及有色冶金行业轧钢机上作支撑辊和工作辊专用轴承。

轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承
(一)技术领域:一种双列圆锥滚子轴承,属大型轴承。主要用于钢铁及有色冶金行业轧钢机上作支撑辊和工作辊专用轴承。属工程元件轴承类(F16C)、金属的轧制类(B21B)。
(二)背景技术:
现有冶金钢铁、有色行业轧机支撑辊或工作辊装用的双列圆锥滚子轴承,因轴承工况条件恶劣,转速高,承受的冲击载荷大,因而轴承的使用寿命较短,换辊消耗累积辅助时间长,用户为降低使用成本,要求轴承具备长寿命。
(三)发明内容:本实用新型提出的轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其目的就是为用户提供长寿命的双列圆锥滚子轴承。提供了两种新型号的双列圆锥滚子轴承的结构要素数值。
轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,具有由内隔圈3隔开的两个单列内圈2和一个双列外圈4;内、外圈内设多个滚子1,并由保持架5支撑,其特征是:两种型号轴承的轴承内径d、轴承外径D、轴承内圈组件宽度T、轴承外圈组件宽度C、滚子直径Dw、滚子长度L、每列数量Z以及滚子半锥角度ψ取值范围分别为表1序号1-2的一种,即取值为序号1或2的数值范围。 表1
为获取双列圆锥滚子轴承的最佳效果,表1中两种型号轴承的轴承内径d、轴承外径D、轴承内圈组件宽度T、轴承外圈组件宽度C、滚子直径Dw、滚子长度L、每列数量Z以及滚子半锥角度ψ取值分别为表2中序号1-2的一种取值。即为表1中删去公差只有公称尺寸的数值。

本实用新型有益效果:本轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,采用公司独创的“滚动轴承极限设计方法”,确定了上述两种型号双列圆锥轴承的结构要素数值,本设计实现了在满足设计强度及工艺加工要求条件下,设计的滚动体直径最大,长度最长,轴承的额定动载荷值最高,轴承的计算寿命最长,满足了客户的长寿命要求,降低了客户的使用成本。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1、图2,表2中序号2的轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,具有由内隔圈3隔开的两个单列内圈2和一个双列外圈4,在内、外圈间设多个滚子1,滚子由保持架5支撑,这里保持架采用筐形保持架5。轴承内径d为240mm,轴承外径D为400mm,轴承内圈2组件宽度T为160mm,轴承外圈4组件宽度C为128mm。用极限设计法确定的结构要素尺寸为:轴承的滚子直径Dw为47.362mm,滚子长度为L为48.3mm,滚子在周向每列设置数量Z为20,以及滚子半锥角ψ为1°49′。另一型号外形尺寸及结构要素求的取值列在表2序号1中。

1.轧机用长寿命新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,具有由内隔圈(3)隔开的两个单列内圈(2)和一个双列外圈(4),内、外圈间设多个滚子(1),并由保持架(5)支撑;其特征是:两种型号轴承的轴承内径d、轴承外径D、轴承内圈组件宽度T、轴承外圈组件宽度C、滚子直径Dw、滚子长度L、每列数量Z以及滚子半锥角度ψ取值范围分别为表1序号1-2的一种,即取值为序号1或2的数值范围; 表1
