本实用新型提供一种可调心圆柱滚子轴承，由滚子（6）放在保持架座（4）兜孔内通过保持架盖（5）连接形成不可分离保持架组件，再与外圈、内圈（7）合套为一组轴承，所述的外圈是由具有外球面的里圈（3）和具有相应内球面的表圈（1）通过设置在表圈上的装配槽（2）装配在一起所构成。具有可避免由于载荷不均匀而造成滚子与滚道的异常磨损，延长轴承使用的寿命的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于轴承领域，特别是关于一种可调心圆柱滚子轴承，主要应用于钢铁行业，使用于热轧带钢轧机轧辊的浮动端，也可用于长轴的支承或对中误差较大的应用场合。
背景技术
目前，传统的圆柱滚子轴承由于本身结构所限，在安装后允许内圈与外圈之间的角度误差（即对中误差—轴和轴承座之间的角度误差）仅为几弧分，因此，在长轴和对中误差较大的应用场合，由于载荷不均匀而造成滚子与滚道磨损加剧，大大缩短了轴承的工作寿命。
发明内容
为了克服由于载荷不均匀而造成轴承早期疲劳、寿命短等问题，本实用新型提供了一种可调心圆柱滚子轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种可调心圆柱滚子轴承，由滚子放在保持架座兜孔内通过保持架盖连接形成不可分离保持架组件，再与外圈、内圈合套为一组轴承，所述的外圈是由具有外球面的里圈和具有相应内球面的表圈通过设置在表圈上的装配槽装配在一起所构成。
当对中误差较大时，里圈和表圈之间通过球面实现自动调心，使滚子工作表面始终垂直于径向载荷施加方向，从而使滚子母线受力均匀，避免了由于载荷不均匀而造成滚子与滚道的异常磨损，延长了轴承的寿命。

具体实施方式
现结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示，保持架座4、保持架盖5、圆柱滚子6、内圈7的加工工艺及装配方法同现有的圆柱滚子轴承相同；构成外圈的里圈3的里面也与现有的圆柱滚子轴承相同、其外面加工成外球面，与其相应的表圈1的里面加工成内球面，在表圈1的一侧端面上加工有相应的一对对称的装配槽2。使用时里圈1和表圈2之间通过球面可以实现自动调心。从而达到设计之目的。

1.一种可调心圆柱滚子轴承，由滚子（6）放在保持架座（4）兜孔内通过保持架盖（5）连接形成不可分离保持架组件，再与外圈、内圈（7）合套为一组轴承，其特征在于，所述的外圈是由具有外球面的里圈（3）和具有相应内球面的表圈（1）通过设置在表圈上的装配槽（2）装配在一起所构成。
