技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高精度调心滚子轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
调心滚子轴承是内圈有双列滚道,外圈滚道设计为球面滚道,滚子为鼓形的轴承。外圈滚道面中心与轴承中心一致,具有自动调心性能,即使由于在轴与轴承箱之间有安装误差或轴有挠曲,使内外圈产生倾斜的场合下亦能正常使用。用于高速旋转时的滚动轴承一般使用精密轴承。滚动轴承在高速运转的过程中,滚动体要产生离心力,离心力作用于轴承套圈,它和外加载荷一起,对套圈产生接触应力。接触应力是轴承疲劳破坏的主要原因。减小离心力就可以减小接触应力,相应地就可以提高轴承寿命。滚动轴承的离心力和滚动体的密度成正比,使用密度较小的材料制造滚动体可以减小离心力。现在的滚动轴承多采用钢球作为滚动体,在运转的过程中,高速旋转会产生径向的静电作用,影响轴承所在仪器的正常使用。 
发明内容
为了克服上述的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高精度调心滚子轴承,其具有精度高,寿命长等特点。
本实用新型的内圈(1)和外圈(2)之间有圆柱形滚动体(3),内圈(1)的外表面上有两个滚道,两个滚道和外圈(2)的内壁间有圆柱形滚动体(3)和保持架(4),圆柱形滚动体(3)在保持架(4)内。
上述的圆柱形滚动体(3)是由陶瓷材料制成。

1.一种高精度调心滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2),其特征在于:内圈(1)和外圈(2)之间有圆柱形滚动体(3),内圈(1)的外表面上有两个滚道,两个滚道和外圈(2)的内壁间有圆柱形滚动体(3)和保持架(4),圆柱形滚动体(3)在保持架(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:圆柱形滚动体(3)是由陶瓷材料制成。
