图3示出了根据本发明实施例的轴承1的剖视图的一部分。在此视图中,可以看出内圈3的一部分、保持架5、滚子4以及内圈3的侧凸缘33。此外,在这里还可以看出,保持架兜孔51向外包围滚子,使得滚子4将不能从保持架兜孔51沿径向向外移出。这已经通过具有在保持架兜孔51中的弯曲轮廓来完成,使得滚子4将最终接触保持架兜孔51的接触部512。此外,侧凸缘33将防止滚子4从轴承1沿轴向脱落。这将导致滚子4将自包含在轴承1中。因此,就没有必要例如具有窗式保持架。滚子4将仍不能在任何时间从轴承脱落。这是有利的,特别是出于安全原因。

Claims (7)

1.一种球面滚子轴承(1),包括:
-外圈(2),其具有至少一个内滚道(21),
-内圈(3),其具有第一和第二外滚道(31、32),
-多个滚子元件(4),其以第一和第二滚子列(41、42)布置在所述至少一个内滚道(21)和相应的第一和第二外滚道(31、32)之间,所述滚子元件(4)还具有轴向内端部(43),
-保持架(5),用于引导和/或保持所述滚子元件(4)在所述第一和第二滚子列(41、42)中,所述保持架(5)具有多个保持架兜孔(51),所述滚子元件(4)中的一个旨在位于每个保持架兜孔(51)中,
-所述保持架(5)是由所述轴向内端部(43)定心的滚子,
所述轴承还具有特定的节圆直径(PCD),并且
每个保持架兜孔(51)还具有保持架兜孔底部(511),其面向相应保持架兜孔(51)中的滚子元件(4)的轴向内端部(43),并且其中,所述保持架兜孔底部(511)布置成能够接触所述滚子元件(4)的轴向内端部(43),或:
-从所述节圆直径(PCD)径向向外,或
-从所述节圆直径(PCD)径向向内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,所述保持架兜孔底部(511)被进一步布置成能够接触位于与重力的方向大致相反的轴承(1)的径向顶部区域中的滚子元件(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,用于相应的所述第一和第二滚子列(41、42)的两个大致轴向相对的保持架兜孔底部(511)相对倾斜,并且大致按照相应的第一和第二滚子列(41、42)的接触角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,所述轴承(1)沿轴向在所述第一和第二滚子列(41、42)之间还不具有任何隔离环或中间凸缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,所述多个保持架兜孔(51)中的至少一个沿径向向外包围包含在其中的滚子元件,使得所述滚子元件将被限制从所述至少一个保持架兜孔(51)沿径向向外移出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,所述内圈(3)还在所述轴承(1)的相对轴向侧上具有第一和第二轴向外侧区域,其中,相应的第一和第二轴向外侧区域具有相应的第一和第二侧凸缘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的球面滚子轴承(1),
-其中,所述保持架(5)是梳状保持架。
