一种不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架;保持架上设有锁点,其特征是:所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出翻边,该翻边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点,锁点与滚子端面配合;所述翻边的外侧边沿处朝向各滚子端面设有凸台。它滚子长度长、滚子直径大且滚子数多,额定负荷平均可提高25%~35%,寿命增加2.1~2.7倍;同时轴承的生产成本因取消了中挡圈也降低了3%~5%左右。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体是一种双列球面滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有的冲压保持器双列球面滚子轴承的保持架大都是冲压碗型(CC型)和机加工实体保持架(CA型或MB型)。
如图1所示,包括外圈(1)、内圈(3)、保持架(4)、滚子(2)、中挡圈(5)。其中保持架,就是冲压碗型保持架(CC型,如图2所示),该保持架的锁点(41)设置如图2所示。
采用这种保持架的轴承,由于保持架的结构和强度的限制,滚子的长度不能过长,滚子的的直径不能过大,滚子数不能过多,所以这种轴承的额定负荷相对较低,因而影响了轴承的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承,它的滚子长度长、滚子直径加大、滚子数多,从而额定负荷提高,轴承使用寿命延长。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架;保持架上设有锁点,所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出翻边,该翻边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点,锁点与滚子端面配合;所述翻边的外侧边沿处朝向各滚子端面设有凸台。
该轴承保持架上的翻边及锁点的设置,使得保持架的端面与窗孔之间的距离缩小,从而使滚子的长度可以加长,即提高了轴承的承载能力。翻边外侧边沿处的凸台可代替中挡圈,从而节约了生产成本。
作为本实用新型的进一步的技术方案:
在该不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承中,滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径。即保持架的梁宽缩小,这样可以增加滚子的数量。
本实用新型的有益效果是:它较带CC型保持架的轴承、带CA型或MB型保持架的轴承,滚子长度较长、滚子直径较大且滚子数较多,该轴承的额定载荷比同型号的CC型轴承的额定载荷平均提高了25%~35%,因而在同等条件下轴承的寿命同比CC型轴承增加了2.1~2.7倍;同时轴承的生产成本因取消了中挡圈也降低了3%~5%左右。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,该双列球面滚子轴承包括外圈6、内圈8、滚子7、保持架9。
该保持架9,为EAE4型保持架。保持架9上与内圈8中部对应的一端设置翻边92,如图4、图5所示。制造时,保持架9口部冲压成型后进行翻边,形成沿轴承径向向外沿伸出的翻边92。该翻边92朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点91。翻边92的设置及锁点91位置的设置使得保持架的端面93与窗孔之间的距离b2比现有技术中的b1(如图2所示)要小的多,从而使滚子7的长度比图1中滚子2的长度长,即提高了轴承的承载能力。
翻边92的外侧边沿处朝向各滚子7的端面设有凸台94,凸台94可代替现有技术中的中挡圈,从而节约了生产成本。
此外,该轴承的保持架9采用优质高强度冷轧钢板冲压而成,这样可允许保持架减小梁宽,使滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径,这有助于增加滚子的数量,可以比带CC型保持架的轴承、带CA型或MB型保持架的轴承多出2~4颗滚子,从而进一步提高了轴承的承载能力、延长了使用寿命。

1、一种不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、两个保持架;保持架上设有锁点,其特征是:所述保持架上与内圈中部对应的一端,沿轴承径向向外沿伸出翻边,该翻边朝向保持架窗孔的一侧端面上设置与窗孔对应的凸起锁点,锁点与滚子端面配合;所述翻边的外侧边沿处朝向各滚子端面设有凸台。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种不带中挡圈的双列球面滚子轴承,其特征是:滚子组的节圆直径大于保持架外径。
