Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种气体保护焊丝,用于碳钢、合金钢等材料的气体保护焊接,包括丝芯,丝芯表面设置有镀层,所述的镀层为钛镀层,钛镀层的厚度为0.04μm~0.11μm。本实用新型由于在焊丝的丝芯表面镀上一层钛镀层,因此在焊接过程中能有效减少铜烟雾的产生,减小铜烟雾对人体的伤害,有利于环保,钛镀层中微量的钛能够细化焊缝晶粒,防止产生气泡,改善焊缝的品质,焊接性能和焊缝质量得到提高,同时钛的电极电位比铁低,是一种阳极保护性镀层,焊丝受表面阳极性镀层的保护,能够增加焊丝的抗腐蚀能力,使焊丝在不采取其他手段的防锈措施下保质期也更长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及焊接技术领域,尤其是一种对碳钢、合金钢等材料进行气体保护焊接生产时所用的气体保护焊丝。
背景技术
传统的气体保护焊丝一般为镀铜碳钢焊丝或镀铜低合金钢焊丝。镀铜焊丝在焊接时铜烟雾较大,对焊接操作者身体伤害较大,并且铜元素会影响到钢的机械性能,所以一般的碳钢和低合金钢焊丝对铜含量都有限制,另外镀铜焊丝的保质期也相对较短,这种情况尤其是在梅雨天气特别突出,然而梅雨气候分明的江浙地区是全国焊接材料消耗最多的地区,所以往往需要通过增加防锈成本来达到延长保质期的目的。近年来我国的镀铜焊丝出口量猛增,但在出口海运过程中时间比较长,所以保质期的要求也更加高,然而一些国外的客户由于在环保方面和焊接性能方面要求比较突出,所以特别强调镀铜焊丝不准加防锈纸和其他防锈液,为此国内有较多的焊丝出口厂家由于焊丝保质期短易生锈而遭到投诉甚至退货,影响到他们的国际市场拓展和国际声誉。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种焊接性能和焊缝质量更好、保质期更长同时也更环保的气体保护焊丝。
本实用新型实现其目的所采用的技术方案是:一种气体保护焊丝,包括丝芯,丝芯表面设置有镀层,所述的镀层为钛镀层。
具体说,所述的钛镀层的厚度为0.04μm~0.11μm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型由于在焊丝的丝芯表面镀上一层钛镀层,因此在焊接过程中能有效减少铜烟雾的产生,减小铜烟雾对人体的伤害,有利于环保,钛镀层中微量的钛能够细化焊缝晶粒,防止产生气泡,改善焊缝的品质,焊接性能和焊缝质量得到提高,同时钛的电极电位比铁低,是一种阳极保护性镀层,焊丝受表面阳极性镀层的保护,能够增加焊丝的抗腐蚀能力,使焊丝在不采取其他手段的防锈措施下保质期也更长,一般可以达到18个月以上。

如图1所示的一种气体保护焊丝,包括丝芯1,丝芯1材料选用低碳钢或低合金钢盘条,通过拉拔加工所得,丝芯1的直径规格通常为¢0.6mm、¢0.8mm、¢0.9mm、¢1.0mm、¢1.2mm、¢1.6mm等,用于出口的焊丝也可加工成英制单位直径,在丝芯1表面设置有钛镀层2,钛镀层2的厚度为0.08μm,这种表面具有钛镀层2的气体保护焊丝,作为一种替代传统镀铜焊丝的新型焊丝,在焊接过程中能有效减少铜烟雾的产生,从而减小铜烟雾对人体的伤害,在用相同的电流电压进行焊接时,焊接飞溅更小,同时焊丝受表面镀层的保护,其保质期更长,且微量的钛有助提高焊缝机械性能,这种气体保护焊丝可广泛应用于海洋平台、石油管道、核电能源、军工产品等行业的焊接生产。
