本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种镀锡铜合金的低碳钢线,包括设置在内层的低碳钢线,所述低碳钢线的外层设置有镀镍层;所述镀镍层的外层设置有镀铜层;所述镀铜层的外层设置有铜锡合金层;其中,所述镀镍层的厚度为1-2um,所述镀铜层的厚度为8-30um,所述铜锡合金层的厚度为6-10um。
进一步的,所述低碳钢线为圆形或者方形结构。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的低碳钢线耐弯折,韧性强,耐扭转。上述结构的低碳钢线焊点牢固,其耐振性为钢线的3-6倍。铜的易加工性与软钢的韧性相结合,发挥其优良的韧性和耐扭转性。焊性优良。截面短期内不会生锈,电子元器件焊锡更可靠,产品使用寿命更长。本结构中的低碳钢线传热性比铜线差,一端焊接作业不至影响其他部分,较厚的镀层则其焊性更好。具有光泽,不易变色。
