本实用新型涉及一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,用于将PVB树脂与增塑剂进行精确配比并混炼挤出,其具有由PLC控制器控制开闭的双螺杆挤出机及分别用于存装粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂的料仓,存装粉状PVB树脂的料仓其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的出料计量螺杆,出料计量螺杆的出料口对准双螺杆挤出机的进料口;存装增塑剂的料斗其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的高压注液泵,高压注液泵的出液管头端带有喷枪,喷枪连接双螺杆挤出机注液口。该装置实现了PVB树脂加工过程中增塑、熔融混炼及挤出三工序的一体化,减少了生产流程,有效提高了生产效率及产品质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,该装置用于将PVB树脂与增塑剂进行精确配比并混炼挤出。
背景技术
在PVB树脂加工的过程中,须将粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂以一定比例配混造粒,目前传统的加工方式是:将粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂以一定比例投入搅拌机进行搅拌,使树脂与增塑剂混合均匀,然后通过双螺杆挤出机造粒,再通过单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出加工成片材。这种加工方式存在的缺陷是:树脂与增塑剂混合搅拌后,树脂体积膨胀比重变小,使得双螺杆挤出机造粒时下料困难;同时所制得颗粒黏度很大,须保证存储温度在12℃以下,否则将造成颗粒抱团,后续加工时无法投料。另外,造好的颗粒还须再用单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,物料二次受热,将造成物料中降解物的增加,导致产品发黄、发暗,产品性能遭受影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:对粉状PVB树脂进行增塑加工,目前采用的传统加工方式存在工序多、加工效果不佳的缺陷,为克服该缺陷,提供一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,该装置能够将粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂进行精确配比并混炼挤出,且一体化完成。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,用于PVB树脂与增塑剂的精确配比并混炼挤出,其具有由PLC控制器控制的双螺杆挤出机及分别用于存装粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂的料仓,存装粉状PVB树脂的料斗其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的出料计量螺杆,出料计量螺杆的出料口对准双螺杆挤出机的进料口;存装增塑剂的料斗其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的高压注液泵,高压注液泵的出液管头端带有喷枪,喷枪连接双螺杆挤出机注液口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该装置实现了PVB树脂加工过程中增塑、熔融混炼及挤出三工序的一体化,减少了生产流程,提高了生产效率。装置通过PLC控制器对出料计量螺杆与注液泵的精确控制,实现了树脂与增塑剂的精确配比,物料在双螺杆挤出机一次受热,熔融混炼一次完成,物料降解率显著降低,产品质量得到了有效提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,用于PVB树脂与增塑剂的精确配比并混炼挤出,其具有由PLC控制器控制的双螺杆挤出机1及分别用于存装粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂的料仓,存装粉状PVB树脂的料仓其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的出料计量螺杆2,出料计量螺杆2的出料口对准双螺杆挤出机1的进料口;存装增塑剂的料斗其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的高压注液泵3,高压注液泵3的出液管头端带有喷枪4,喷枪4连接双螺杆挤出机1注液口。
装置被启动后,存放于料仓内的粉状PVB树脂在出料计量螺杆的控制下稳定、连续地输入到双螺杆挤出机内,增塑剂在高压注液泵及喷枪作用下,以雾状喷注入双螺杆挤出机内。PLC控制器精确控制计量螺杆与高压注液泵的输出功率,实现树脂与增塑剂的精确配比。树脂和增塑剂在双螺杆挤出机的溶涨段混合溶胀,在混炼段反复混炼后挤出。

1.一种PVB树脂增塑挤出一体化装置,用于将PVB树脂与增塑剂进行精确配比并混炼挤出,其特征在于:具有由PLC控制器控制开闭的双螺杆挤出机(1)及分别用于存装粉状PVB树脂与增塑剂的料仓,存装粉状PVB树脂的料仓其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的出料计量螺杆(2),出料计量螺杆的出料口对准双螺杆挤出机(1)的进料口;存装增塑剂的料斗其下端设置有由PLC控制器控制的高压注液泵(3),高压注液泵(3)的出液管头端带有喷枪(4),喷枪(4)连接双螺杆挤出机(1)注液口。
